| (Kingdom Hearts is an good game, but Shadow of the Colossus is incomparable) FFVII, even though looking back on it, the story wasn't actually as good as it was made out to be. You are in a burning building and are trapped in the basement floor (with 3 floors collapsed on top). You have no real chance of making it out alive, but you have freedom of movement within a barely held up rubble canopy. Who would you rather be there with you? Your best friend, to spend your last moments together, or your worst enemy to take him/her down with you? |

| This, because this implies it is within reach, while that implies it is further away. Pursuing the that and ignoring the this is perhaps one of the biggest ailments of out society. We work for our family, but we ignore our family for work...the means has become an end in and of itself, ultimately defeating it's own purpose for existence... You are trapped in a cellar, and you need to find a way out, because a gas pipe has ruptured flooding the room in toxic and flammable fumes. The exit is blocked by debris, enough that you'd need a tool and some time to break free. Your best friend is with you, but has fallen on the floor in a state of helplessness. There is a case of beer in the mini fridge. Do you look around for something to break out of the cellar, or bust out the booze and have one last drink with your friend? There is no guarantee of escape. |

| Well, I guess that depends on why on became a mangaka in the first place. For me I think it would be to write meaningful stories that are both full of worthwhile meaning and enjoyable. I seem to have failed on the enjoyable aspect (and maybe even the first) so I don't think it would be too bad to write based on the fans. It's St. Patrick's Day and you know tons of people who are really into the whole pinching thing, but you despise the color green. But you have available a green wristband. Do you wear the wristband or stand in protest and get pinched. |
