i wish soo this is one of my favourite manga and the anime is very good but that "good bye" in the end doesn't make me believe in a sequel

Eh, doubt it. There wasn't a point to this reboot since they didn't change anything from the movie.

Honestly, it doesn't look good. There was just so little effort put into this "reboot" that I can't see this as anything other than an egregiously blatant cash grab by the companies involved. I hope that I'm proven wrong as I have enjoyed the manga and the movies/tv series but I would not bet any actual money on it.

I really hope so but with the TV series being a carbon copy of the movies. Will this really even sell enough to justify it?

wtf did they do with the tv series, it was just exact the same as movies and here i was expecting they will show us more than the ending of movies ...what were those last scenes in end of epi 12 ...do they indicate a chance for season 2 [not read manga so no idea abt it...]

I never watched the movies but I loved the tv series, I think this is some sort of advertising and this way they might get more viewers for when the second season starts (I hope to see more), otherwise if they didn't make any tv series, most of the people wouldn't even know that Break Blade existed (me included) and that would be a shame because this story is good, also I loved the art a lot because unlike most of the recent sci-fi/mecha series, this is not 3D but actual drawing, or at least to me it looks like that, I prefer this style over 3D. Any sequel is welcome for me.

There is not going to be a second season. It even ended with 'Goodbye!' as opposed to 'SEQUEL COME!'. They can't skip and alter so much of the manga then continue the manga. Plus, there isn't THAT MUCH new manga content. The manga is monthly and went on hiatus for a few years, iirc. They skipped thru chs35ish-51/52 in the movies & recap series, and there's only like 70 chapters out, last I checked.

There is a chance, my guess is that they wanted to go from movies to TV but they couldn't just make a TV squeal to movies as people who didn't watch movies wouldn't get it so they made a TV recap of movies as season 1 in other to continue a story as a TV from there on.
The real world is past the virtual world is future.
