| That gave me some Berserk vibes. The artwork is decent imo but I hope to see some development from the MC. His goal seems to be to become a "Bringer". I think the manga will chronicle his journey for that. Oh wait, that last panel. I feel trolled now. |

| In fact that was just a One-Shot.But it was so good rated on Japan that tey already decided to serialize it,and use the one-shot as first chapter. For me it gave a little of SNK vibes. The art is good,specialy the color pages |

| ^ I have to agree... it wasn't very appealing art or storytelling wise. But that's how most pilots are... so I have hopes that the real deal will be much better. The only thing that has my curiosity so far is the notion of the main character possibly going from medieval-NEET to a classic monster-slaying hero. And I haven't read Berserk, but the setting did remind me a lot of Shingeki. |

| for a one-shot i thought it was pretty good-> it introduced the premise of the world and where the story might go; art work wise i really liked it, very serious and detailed, as for characters i doubt that the NEET would be the protagonist, but the way the story might work for a while is viewing Wenz(?) through the eyes of another character, instead of a 1st or 3rd person perspective. |

| Only boring people get bored. I'd say it subverted being annoying by giving a slightly faithful representation of how a NEET would actually be, as opposed to stuff nowadays like SAO, NGNL, and TWGOK that make this type of character out to be a total badass. |

But in seriousness, the chapter was rather dull as far as pilots go. Very little really even happened... and it certainly wasn't anything unique. The concept of a NEET living in a world filled with monsters and monster hunters is interesting for sure. It might be humorous to have a main character who's selfish and lazy, but I can't really see any kind of development unless he pursues a monster hunting career. I'm pretty sure it's going to end up with him joining as some horrible newbie who doesn't compare to any of the rest, and who spends most of his time being lazy: rarely showing up on time or doing what he's supposed to... but then eventually he'll become a powerful badass by the end. It is, after all, in a shounen magazine. But who knows, maybe the author will do something more creative than I can imagine. |

You're right, nothing really happened at all, and depending on how the protagonist's development is executed it could either turn out good, or downright awful. I like it in prospect, but if it tries to be anything more than what it is I can't see myself liking it much longer. |

| Gold this manga is gold. Also this guy was an assisstant for Miura or something? Page 7 on the down of the page you can see a helmet really similar with Guts armor not to mention the monsters. |
