| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- So it finally ends with Maruo winning the match! Things were getting pretty heated there, they were going back and forth, diving for the ball, jumping insanely high, it was just never stopping! In the end Maruo got the best of Ide and is moving on. It was great to see that the crowd cheered for the both of them though, it really seemed to spark Maruo's motivation wanting to get more of that. Ha, it also appears they're teasing us in that final panel when Nabae closed his laptop without showing us Maruo's final grade. Great chapter! |

| Oh man, he finally did it! I liked the move to just show the tennis. No words, no inner thoughts, just two guys throwing everything they had at this match. Just sucked you in to watch as Maruo and Ide were just playing the best games of their lives out there and leaving nothing to regret. Had a nice impact as you watched the ref silently say whether the ball was in and your first clue really being Natsu's facial expression. I have to say good on Ide. He really handled that loss with class and even pushed Maruo on to respond to the crowd. Poor Maruo was completely dumbfounded. It really took a few moments for his brain to register that he won. His dream continues and he can keep moving forward. Liked as well just having his competition silently walk off without saying anything. They've seen right here just what they are up against. This match as much as any has signaled his arrival to their level. Just a great chapter. This was an intense match and I'm glad the crowd responded pretty well to Ide's loss. They saw some amazing tennis and could appreciate that. |
| I liked the no dialog part but because of it it kinda felt short for a couple of moments i was like "did he win" i reread the hole match and i have to agree it was a good finale chapter for this ark. |

I agree! That part made me so nervous! The mangaka sure knows how to keep us in suspense XD FINALLY he won. That sure took a long time, but it was well worth the wait! I'm surprised at how professional Ide was when Maruo won. I'm glad they both had fun playing the game, and seriously, that jump was insane! Maruo's going to be famous with Ide's fans now. |

| Bravo! One of my favorite games til now even though I was hating on the Nakama power for Ide XD It's nice to see it for the opponent instead of MC though ^^ When I saw Nacchan's expression I was F*** YES!!!! :D So intense!! And Maruo, u're gonna be hearing those cheers way more than u think :D |
