| Day 1 As you're flipping through the channels, you get to a controversial news station where a man stands on a microphoned podium giving what you could only assume is a motivational speech. The subscript reads, "Xinil pledges: Destruction of city park; blasphemous or necessary evil?" The man continues "With the additional space we would have room for multiple apartment complexes! There would be a new super-store! Combined these would afford the community plenty more jobs with the destruction of the useless park and contruction of the shopping centre! We could rid the city of the aweful crocadile infested lak-"He freezes mid-sentence and clutches his chest; with a stifled groan through locked-jaws the man falls to the ground, presumedly dead -- Day 2 It's a quiet day with a strong breeze; the cherry blossoms gently blowing in the wind. Like any other day, ScazoN is enjoying his morning stroll through the park. Nothing generally standing out; the grass is green, the birds chirp, and other people go about their day as if everything was normal. However, this day would stand out for ScazoN - his last. As he makes his way across the bridge over the large pond in the centre of the park he stops and leans on the rail admiring the serenity of the summer. The bridge creaks louder than normal and ScazoN would shrug it off as just another consequence of the high winds. With this mistake ingrained as truth, the bridge suffers a catastrophic failure that would be later written off as accidental - ScazoN falls over one side hanging on with his life in peril. Struggling to pull himself back up, he chances a glance at his demise below: Crocodiles awaiting with snapping jaws With another gust, the rest of the crumbling supports give way and the bridge falls - ScazoN meets his demise as his body is separated between several Crocs serving as their morning breakfast. People look on helplessly in horror as the scene unfolds before their eyes unable or unwilling to rush to his aid, and so the story begins |
