----------------------------------------
Ah the final episode. It was cute a in a way since we have all the actors and actresses in the episode. Imo, Chitoge looked good there on stage with her dress.

Ah Claus was a riot this episode. His role in this play was....I just lol'd @ some of his rage. RIP stage

Overall, it was entertaining play I guess. Felt rushed though. I think I'll rate the show 7/10 for its humor but the plot needed a bit of work. Tsugumi also needs more screen time :(. On another note though, Onodera was adorable with her roles I guess especially near the ending.

No OP. lol @ the pair thinking about their gangs while drama is going on. Nice Narration/livecasting, KajiKaji's character! Wow @ different story of Romeo & Juliet. Fiance girl still came, even though she's sick and that megane guy, too! (both are as brocon and siscon) It still ended peacefully, though.

"Hate" with a smile. Time with weird hair style girl at least. He gives her chance to be Juliet. That was a weird ending.

ED: "Souzou Diary (想像ダイアリー)" by all 4 girls.

The play seems rushed, or maybe it is just me. Aside from that, nothing worth mentioning besides the constant nostalgia I experienced. No OP though. ED sounds nice.

That is it I guess. Even though I wanted Shaft to adapt more, this is as far as it goes for now. Maybe I'll give this an 8. Shaft did better than I expected - especially on the animation part which I was very afraid of before.

Adaptation of 49 [Showtime], and 50 [Leading Actors].

I really liked how they played the scene. Author did not throw Onodera away and even let her finish this season in a beautiful way.

As usual, #TeamOnodera \(^∇^)/.

It’s over. I agree that this arc [chapter 50] may not feel like a proper conclusion but we really need a season 2 for this.

Was hoping to see Haru as a teaser for season 2 but …

About the show, no need to explain everything; I guess lot of us enjoyed the show. A good show as long as you accept the slow development and the cliches.

Kudos to SHAFT which made Nisekoi less «bland» I guess.

Chitoge did very nice acting, all things considered, glad she was finally able to admit her feelings, at least with herself, those guys in the shiny suits and maiko randomly interventions were funny as hell 7/10

I had hoped that they would get to animate more material but this is a nice stopping point for season 1.

Overall they did a nice job adapting this story from the manga and I'm glad they skipped the filler chapters. I'm going to miss this every Saturday morning.

Hopefully season 2 is not that far off. After all there still a lot of material left.

8/10.

LOL even Claude appeared to ruin the play. That was one hell of a play though and one awesome last episode.

I'm not sure if it was like this in the manga as well, but they directed this last episode well and gave equal points to both the Chitoge and Onodera ship. I thought it was going to be all about Chitoge so that last moment with Onodera took me by surprise.

I'm hoping for a second season and SHAFT will probably do it if the BD's are going to rake in a lot of sales.

Those side-plots were hilarious! Shu spicing up the play ^^
Marika and Tsugumi's plot for Romeo xD Really random how Marika came back.
Claude as the protective brother, Raku exploding out of the rubble was great!!!
Chitoge's smile as she is in love, really enjoyed how the original cast was reacting to the added plots. Chitoge's confession in the play and her realization!
Onodera's moment where she was really happy to be able to act it out with Raku :( This episode sure was cute and sweet.
A good ending to a highly enjoyable series :D I want second season already!

Good scene with Raku and Onodera at the end. 5/10 for the series, SHAFT gave it a different dimension. I don't really care if there's a 2nd season or not but if there is, I know I'll enjoy a lot more than this one.

Completely satisfied with the ending there.
Chitoge did fit the role better than Onodera, since both of their families really are in a conflict.
Shuu definitely had some fun as being the narrator, he got his punishment from Tsugumi afterward though.
Raku outplayed Marika.
Of course Claude had to show up and make it hell for Raku, but in the end Raku outplayed him too.
It was also nice to see Chitoge apologize to Raku, funny how they were around the fence where they first met.
The part when Onodera and Raku had their own private play was good.
It was a fun series to watch, overall.
Going to miss this anime, can't wait for the OVA.
8/10.

I think the way season 1 ended hint strongly at an season 2. I mean, no alternate ending is invented and the plot leaves a huge room for more materials to be adapted. We'll see Nisekoi again in a year or so, probably.

The ending is not bad, but not amazing either. I guess this is as well as can be done given a 20 episodes budget constraint.

Kind of surprised with the relatively low opinions of this series though, I was prepared to give 10/10 but after watching it I thought 9/10 for this first season is more fitting.

And we're finished. Looks like they'll be making a season 2 sometime in the future judging by the lack of a conclusive ending and ongoing manga series.

What I liked about Nisekoi:
-Shaft animation
-OSTs, particularly by ClariS and Nao Touyama
-KanaHana and her voice acting

What I disliked about Nisekoi:
-it's SOOOOO generic

My totally objective and super not subjective (but probably is) rating for this show is:
6/10

Ahh really didn't want this anime to end i really hope that their is a 2nd season. The whole episode was great. The whole Romeo and Juliet play that they were acting out was kind of similar to the situation that they were in as well.
Still hoping for Onodera and Raku to be together.

The anime did a terrible job adapting this, incredible how something that can use movement like an anime can't make me feel anything while the manga is full of feels.

I still want a s2 tho, more Marika (and Haru and maybe Yui as well) would be great to see.

6/10 for the s1.

Meh, not satisfied with the ending.

Premise sounded interesting but it lost steam when they ran out of characters to introduce. There were a few moments that either didn't contribute to development or tried to contribute, but were forgotten by the next episode.

#Team Chitoge for the win.

I have to admit though that I felt really bad for Onodera. It sucked really hard and I would be disappointed if she got out of the "game" for this. Still the ending was cute~

Whole episode was as usual super funny. I really wish they made a new season but meh. I think I will continue with the manga from now on.

No love for Marie though huh? :D

Loved it a lot :D Satisfied both Chitoge and Kosaki fans ^^ Even somewhat Marika :P

Chitoge looked really pretty :3

The play was hilarious XDXDXD All the 4th wall breaking was so lol XD Chitoge started it with admitting she forgot her lines so casually And Shuu just used the chance and made it a comedy with his narration XD Poor Tsugumi lol

The last scene on the balcony was really cute. Chitoge's smile felt really genuine from the bottom of her heart :) And the same with her smile when she said she "Daikirai"'s him ^^

And finally the scene on the roof with Kosaki was so beautiful <3 Props to Raku for acting it out with her...and in the sunset no less :D Such a romantic scene <3 And Kosaki's smile was sooooo cute <3

8.5/10 for the series. I liked it more than the manga ^^

Great end to a great show. There better be a second season though! There is way too much material left and things we don't know yet. I love how Kirisaki had that look on her face as she said "I hate you" way to throw Raku for a loop. I love how they did give the heroines each a part in this final episode I felt that each of them got a good amount of screen time. I'm also glad Onodera got her moment too! Way to be a gentleman Raku! I'm giving this a 10/10 simply based off the fact that I enjoyed this romantic comedy far better than any other ones I have seen in the past. Looking forward to hearing about a second season! I know most shows kinda leave things open for a second season, but there is just too much material left for them not to make one. I'll be waiting for the news! Fantastic series, sad to see it go!

As far as an animation adaption goes I felt it was pretty awesome. some may have felt the last couple of episodes were rushed, I felt that they were just right.

Seriously...seriously...bummed this adaptation is done. That was a wonderful ending. This is a shining example of how a rich cast can make the appearance of a cliched story stand way out. Enjoyed it every week. Shaft nailed it imo.

Favorite genre is romance. Characters are a very big deal to me. It's not quite at the masterpiece level but it was great. 9/10 will pick up the manga.

Miss you Nisekoi.

It felt a bit rushed but the play was definitely awesome.
This show reminded me a lot of Love Hina, my first comedy-harem Manga. I also like Chitoge now more than I liked her in the manga.

too cliched.

well, at least shaft did nice animation.
also the comedy of the play was good enough to bump the score from 4/10 to 6/10

oh well, if second season comes, i will probably watch it, simply because of shaft and animation of the manga

Ehh it was a good season, but imo, a Marika or Onodera ending would have been better for me. Although Onodera takes this episode after she gets her own Romeo/Juliet scene towards the end. Too bad, Chitoge, you didn't get to do an alone scene with Raku.

7/10 for the show.

Screenshots of the episode.
Marika's cute face during the play. No one at the at the play saw it coming lol.
That balcony scene was nice
Oh that crepe that Raku gave to Onodera looked delicious.
ONODERA SO KAWAII in the Juliet outfit.
Ah, the ending credits with the cast in the background.

Quite a satisfying end to the first season, they gave enough to both of the main shipping camps to keep them hopeful about the future, although I think the writing is on the wall when you think about the differences between the two balcony scenes. This had to be one of the most "creative" adaptation of R&J that I have seen, but in the end it worked out quite well. And at least Chitoge knows how she feels about Raku now...

I am 100% confident there will be a second season, I'm just wondering when Shaft can fit it into their production schedule.

The only conclusion we had is that Chitoge♥ has now realized her true feelings. When Chitoge♥ said "Mochiron dai kirai wo" and showed that smile, that was well worth a real confession.

The rooftop moment was so beautiful too. It is hard to ignore Onodera♥'s pure feelings for Ichijou. When Onodera♥ said "Arigatou. Ureshii. Su'goku ureshii" I was hoping the play would go on a bit longer instead of ending so abruptly.

While I have been in for #TeamChitoge for almost entirety of the anime, I think I cannot but silently cheer on for #TeamOnodera as well.

This has been a fantastic romance anime (minus Marika) and it is one of those very few anime where I don't mind to see an open ended finale just for being able to hope that one of these days, I will get to see a sequel!

Second season when?!

9/10 :)
