What kind of romance does this show have? Is it definitive? Or is it something that they tease us with and don't get any really romance at all? Or is it a harem with no one actually winning?

It's an OTP with extremely minor harem elements that fade away entirely around the second half.

You will get a definite resolution to the romance no worries.

Tokyo Ravens is one of these rare generic harem anime where the main lead is decisive enough to pick one girl throughout the anime (at least thats what it looked like to me until last eps).

Though like what the poster above said, the harem elements almost fade away entirely later on. Actually I don't even remember there's even a harem scene in this anime. And with already less romance/comedy/harem elements, the studio also omitted alot of character relationships development just to fit more source material into anime.

If you're finding a romance anime, you probably won't like this very much since romance isn't the main focus on this anime. But there's definitely a romance here and it is a definite one.
