I really like Man with a Mission! I also concur with the majority of freakymrq's list although i would add:
Spyair (I think this song was used for Gintama.....I think)

Just finished ヂュラララ the other day. So weird but so so good.
Love the 2nd opening heaps more than the first aswell.

I checked your list and noticed that you hadn't watched Baccano! If that's true you may have missed a few easter eggs. There's also other anime references in there related to other anime done by the same studio, but more subtle.

Back on topic: I forgot about Girls Dead Monster (cheating somewhat, but the did at least version of the OPs and EDs for Angel Beats). Despite the show being grossly mishandled and it saddens me greatly to think about how it could have been, the music was phenomenal.
