| For clubs that don't have leaders we need to find people that will become the clubs leader and help re-start it. How to become a Leader -Leaders must be active to help the club. -Leaders must go through a test to make sure there good. -Only two leaders per club. -First come, first serve. |

| I was going to talk to the old leader. If they are no longer using MAL I was going to talk to Xinil about seeing if we could change leaders or some thing like that. |
