| "Sure." She continued to look around a little as she walked over to the hardware store. |
| He opens the door carefully and looks around surprisingly to find barely anything was taken "Jackpot" |
| Natalie stood in the door frame and looked in. "That's a little strange." |
| "Yeah i know, but hell we need it" he starts taking the essentials they will need (imma head in the bath , be back in a little bit :D) |
| "Guess it isn't a bad thing that we found things we need." (Ok (:) |
| "Yeah" he says as he kept taking |
| "As long as nothing jumps out and attacks we should be ok. No one seems to be in sight out here. Which again is unusual." |
| "Yeah i agree with you, just keep an eye out" he says |
| "Must have been a nice little quiet town by the looks of it." She stood in the doorway looking into other store windows. They seemed to be in alright condition for not being touched for awhile. |
| "Yeah i know, i wonder.......think we can make this town...ours?" |
| "It's possible. The condition seems to be alright and there has been any of the infected people so far." |
| "How about we give the town a once over and check it before we decide?" |
| "I think that's a good idea. Learn a little more about it." |
| "Yeah exactly, doesnt seem to big either, so you take one side ill take the other?" |
| "Sounds good to me. Makes it fast and easy." |
| "Yup, shout if you see anything weird or bad" he picks up the bag of tools |
| "Alright then. I'm off then, I'll take the northern part." She started to walk off out into the town. |
| "Right" he heads in the other direction |
| Walking past the area of stores she found a few houses near a park. "I wonder if anyone or anything is around here." |
| He walked into the south of town looking around "come on...please be good" |
| Walking up to one of the houses she stood on the porch and looked up at it. "Let's see what's inside." She reached out and tried turning the knob. It was locked shut. She looked around the house finding an open window on the ground level. "That'll do." She said as she climbed through it, gaining access to the house. |
| he came to a department store and walked inside slowly and carefully then tapped the floor with his shoe to see if anything was there |
| From what she could see it looked like an ordinary house that someone had lived in but hadn't come back to in a while. She walked around on the hardwood floor listening for any movements other than her own. Hearing the creaking of the boards on the floor above her she walked around till she found a stair case leading to the next floor. She walked into a hall and looked into the few rooms finding a bathroom and what looked like kids rooms. |
| A dog ran out to him and sat in front of him "a dog?" He asked puzzled not expecting it he patted its head "hey there little guy, what you doing in here eh?" |
| (lol I was just thinking of finding a dog) "Hello?..... Is someone there?" Natalie walked into one of the rooms |
| (XD really? great minds think alike haha) "Come on boy your coming with me" he began walking down the isles, the dog following behind him |
| (Yup I was going to have it come out from under the bed) Not hearing anything she walked towards the window and looked out over the town. "Guess it was my imagination" |
| (haha sorry) he walked through the entire store,that was basically empty minus a few supplies but still intact "this place is actually all fine..." |
| (No worries. I just thought it was funny that we had the same idea) "Seems to be all clear in here." She went back down the stairs and went to the front door. She unlocked the latch and walked out of the house moving on her way. |
| (haha dat combatability between us haha it shows) he left the store and continued down the road and came across Natalie "Hey" |
| (It really does, which is strange cause compatibility test don't usually work that well) "That was faster than I thought it be." She looked behind him. "Is that a dog?" |
| (haha yeah i know how peculiar haha) "Yeah found him in a store, everything seemed okay" the dog runs over to Natalie and barks |
| Natalie kneeled on the ground to pet the dog. "Hello there. I took a tour through one of the houses and it was pretty safe." |
| "Yeah most of this town does..." he looks around still feeling like something was wrong |
| "So would it be safe to assume the town really is safe or We just happen to stumble upon it during a quiet time?" |
| "I dont know, i really dont know....its just so weird" |
| "It is rather strange." She looked at the dog. "What do you think?" she asked it. "You were here before us, maybe you know something." |
| The dog simply sat there looking at Natalie "yeah your going crazy" |
| "Hey, animals are smart creatures, and i'm sure if he could talk he could tell us something. And this dog seems to have been surviving here with no people. Doesn't that tell us something?" |
| "Yeah i did kinda think of that.....to think that no infected or even people here......" |
| "See what I mean. And also the fact that the dog is obviously not infected either. Otherwise he would be trying to chew our faces off." |
| "Yeah true" he took another look around "well....whats the first step then?" |
| "The first step to creating a safe haven for people?" |
| "Yeah" he nods |
| "Well from the looks of it we've got supplies and it appears to be safe. So We would need a way to keep it safe and people to fill it. If there still are people that is." (Going to get something to eat. be back in a bit) |
| "Yeah true, and walls we need those for protection" |
| "Those will be a fun to put up."She said sarcastically. |
| "Yeah i know right" he sighed "Yeah i know i sighed but that one was needed" |
| "I'll let it slide. Well at least there's you, me and a dog working on them." |
| "Yeah true" he laughs "Well....best get to it then...., ill go get the car and move it in here" |
