I know there's a lot of information to take in, so I'll just post summaries of how things work here in spoilers so it's easier to find what you need to find. I'll also add other key terms and rules you may want to read over. RP Rules ~IMPORTANT~ This club is an RP (Role Playing) club, and as with any good RP club, there must be some rules and regulations that must be followed in order for everything to be fair to all participants. First and foremost, absolutely no Godmodding will be allowed! Godmodding is when you make yourself able to dodge and avoid most or all attacks (Untouchables), recover completely from any damage (Insta-Healers), say that you knew or know every move your opponent will make (All-Knowing), controlling other RP-ers movements and actions (Puppeteers), claim that their attacks are unblockable and supremely powerful (All-Powerful), and just plain unbeatable (Invincibility). There are some other forms of Godmodding and some powers and abilities are dangerously short of godmodding, so they'll have to be examined and judged by admins. As long as you keep from godmodding, then you're already most of the way clear. When RPing, make sure to be clear and type so your actions and talking is clearly understandable. That includes proper spelling and grammar (or at least good enough). You may use shortened versions of words such as "u", "btw", and so on, as long as other people will be able to understand you. Also, make sure to distinguish between actions and dialogue. If you're going to perform an action, put it between *these*, -these-, or something that clearly shows you're performing an action. If you wish to put dialogue in "these" and leave actions outside of quotation marks, that is acceptable too. Role Playing and the Flow of Battle If you've never RPed before, then I'll give you a quick explanation of how things work here. The point of this club is for you to create and become a character of your own in the Naruto world and perform missions and participate in club story-lines in order to gain SP. SP is the same thing as Experience Points in this club. The more SP you gain, the closer you become to a new rank and will be able to learn more advanced jutsu and become a stronger ninja. When you are RPing, you'll battle, interact with other characters, or various other tasks. You must clearly distinguish between when you're performing an action and when you're talking. The most common way to perform an action is to put * at the beginning or end of an action. Dialogue will not have these * between them. Example *wraps a paper bomb on the handle of a kunai and throws it at a tree* Hah! Take that you evil tree! Make sure to follow the RP Rules in the spoiler above as well. Now that you know how to RP, or even if you already knew how to RP, it is imperative that you post a certain way when you're RPing. If you use a jutsu or jutsus that deducts CP from your total CP, then at the end of your post, you must tell how much remaining CP you have in parenthesis. Example If I have 170 CP at the begining of my post and I used two jutsu that deducted a total of 20 CP, then my post will look like this: ---- *forms handsigns and shoots two ____ at my opponent* (Remaining CP=150) This way, we'll know that you aren't cheating. If you also perform an action that increases your CP (like Sage Mode, the Eight Inner Gates, Demon Cloak), then make sure to add it to your total CP. Chakra Points (CP) To ensure that each character doesn't just throw out whatever jutsu they want whenever they want, we've come up with a Chakra Point system that will determine how much jutsu you can use in a battle. This will force you to strategist and think before you act. First off, each ninja rank automatically gets a certain number of CP Genin: 25 CP Chunin: 50 CP Special Jonin: 75 CP Jonin: 100 CP Sanin: 125 CP Kage: 150 CP Depending on what stats you chose to put in the Character Stat System thread, you may have additional CP added to your total CP. You gain an additional 1 Chakra Points for each 10 in your Chakra stat. So if you have 20 for Chakra, you get +2 CP If you have 30, you get +3 CP If you have 100, you get +10 CP If you have 380, you get +38 CP And so on, and so on... And each jutsu rank has a cost that will deduct a certain number of CP from your total CP E-ranked Jutsu: -1 D-ranked Jutsu: -5 C-ranked Jutsu: -10 B-ranked Jutsu: -15 A-ranked Jutsu: -25 S-ranked Jutsu: -40 You are able to lessen the cost of a jutsu depending on how many points you have for the Ninjutsu stat to a minimum of 1. If you have 100 for Ninjutsu, your jutsu costs are 1 less If you have 200, your jutsu costs are 2 less If you have 300, your jutsu costs are 3 less If you have 400, your jutsu costs are 4 less And so on... *NOTE* Kinjutsu (Forbidden Techniques) and Genjutsu are not affected by the Ninjutsu stats, so a D-ranked technique will always cost 5 CP to use, C-ranked will always cost 10 CP, etc... Fūinjutsu Fūinjutsu (Sealing Techniques) are a type of jutsu that seal objects, living beings, chakra, along with a wide variety of other things within another object. An imbalance is created when an odd-numbered seal is placed on top of an even-numbered seal and vice-versa Like Genjutsu, Fūinjutsu are not affected by the Ninjutsu stat when it comes to using CP for the technique. To initiate a Sealing Technique, you add Ninjutsu and Intelligence stats together and it will equal the strength of the Sealing Technique. However, if either the Ninjutsu and Intelligence stats are not the same, then you use the lower stat of the two, then apply it to both stats and add them together. Example: -Ninja A- Ninjutsu: 200 Intelligence: 200 200 + 200 = 400 Fūinjutsu -Ninja B- Ninjutsu: 750 Intelligence: 1000 750 + 750 = 1500 Fūinjutsu -Ninja C- Ninjutsu: 1500 Intelligence: 250 250 + 250 = 500 Fūinjutsu You cannot add both stats if they are uneven (ex: 200 Nin + 500 Int = 700 Fūin). You will always use the lesser amount for the two stats to add together. Unlike Genjutsu, where the user and defender's stats are pitted against each other, the defender cannot resist having a seal placed on them, as long as there is contact from the user placing the seal. To remove the seal, one needs to have equal or higher skill level than the Fūinjutsu placed on them, then pay double the cost the user had to pay to place it. Also, depending on the rank of the Seal, it will take a certain amount of posts to remove it. D-rank: 1 post C-rank: 2 posts B-rank: 3 posts A-rank: 4 posts S-rank: 5 posts If the person with the seal placed on themselves is not skilled enough with Fūinjutsu, then he/she will need someone else who is good enough with Fūinjutsu to remove it. If no one that the person with the seal knows someone skilled enough in Fūinjutsu to remove it, then multiple people can work together to remove the Seal. In this case, add all of their Fūinjutsu skill levels together and if it's higher than the level of the seal, then they can remove it. CP costs are divided among all the ninja working to remove the seal. With this method, the person with the seal on them cannot participate in removing the seal. He/she must rely on his/her friends to remove it. Examples: 1 -Ninja A with 1000 Fūinjutsu places an A-ranked Seal on Ninja B. -Ninja B has 1200 Fūinjutsu. He manages to get away and he is able to remove the seal it takes 4 posts and 50 CP for him to remove the seal himself. 2 -Ninja A with 1500 Fūinjutsu places a B-ranked Seal on ninja B. -Ninja B only has 1000 Fūinjutsu and cannot remove the seal -An ally of Ninja B's has 1600 Fūinjutsu, so he takes 3 posts and uses 30 CP to remove the seal on Ninja B 3 -Ninja A with 2000 Fūinjutsu places an S-ranked Seal on Ninja B -Ninja B only has 800 Fūinjutsu, so he cannot remove it himself -2 of Ninja B's allies work togeather to remove it, one with 1000 and the other with 1200, making a total of 2200 Fūinjutsu -To remove the seal it takes 5 posts and the 80 CP required to pay to remove it is divided among the 2 ninja, so they both have to pay 40 If a person does have high enough skill level to remove the Fūinjutsu, but not enough chakra, then they cannot remove the Seal Many Sealing Techniques (such as Curse Seals) will have their own rules as to what their effects are and how they can be removed (or if they can be removed). These unique Seals must be detailed as to how they work and what their effects are, but must be approved by admins first. If a person does have high enough skill level to remove the Fūinjutsu, but not enough chakra, then they cannot remove the Seal Many Sealing Techniques (such as Curse Seals) will have their own rules as to what their effects are and how they can be removed (or if they can be removed). These unique Seals must be detailed as to how they work and what their effects are, but must be approved by admins first. Missions In the Missions thread, you'll pick up missions and post which mission you wish to perform. After that, you'll create a new thread and label it "Mission:" with the name of the mission after it. Not all ninjas can get any ranked mission. Here's who can take each mission: D-rank: Generally assigned to Genin. These missions generally pose no threat to the ninja and usually include odd jobs. C-rank: Chunin ranked missions, though Genin with at least 500 SP can take these missions as well. They are missions anticipated to have some combat involved with the possibility of injury to the shinobi performing it. B-rank: Assigned to Special Jonin or Chunin with at least 1000 SP. They are missions anticipated to involve combat with other ninja. A-rank: Assigned to Jōnin or Special Jonin with at least 2000 SP, concerning, among other things, village-or state-level matters and trends. S-rank: Sanin and Jōnin with at least 4000 SP are assigned to these missions. These missions concern state-level confidential matters and are the most secretive of all the missions. Genjutsu If you're a user of Genjutsu then there is a certain way you can do things, this way you won't be able to claim that you have someone in an inescapable Genjutsu or an opponent can't simply escape with ease. Now what distinguishes Genjutsu from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu is that when you use a Genjutsu technique, you'll be able to trap your opponent in an illusion for a certain number of posts, depending on what stat you have for Genjutsu and Intelligence. *NOTE* The cost to use Genjutsu is unaffected by the Ninjutsu stat, so an E-rank Genjutsu will cost 1 CP to cast, D will cost 5, C will cost 10, and so on... To determine how long a Genjutsu will last, you must add your Genjutsu and Intelligence stats, then for each 100 the illusion will last 1 post. After calculating the caster's stats, the defender's stats must be calculated as well the exact same way. Then, you will subtract the caster's total from the defender's total to determine how long the Genjutsu will successfully last. Example -The caster adds his Gen and Int stats 1000 Gen + 500 Int = 1500 = 15 Posts -The defender's Gen and Int stats are added 700 Gen + 300 Int = 1000 = 10 Posts -To determine exactly how long the Genjutsu will last, both are subtracted 15 - 10 = 5 <---The Genjutsu will last 5 posts total *NOTE* There is a maximum number of posts you can make a Genjutsu last depending on how much total SP you have. 50SP (Genin): Max of 2 posts 500SP (Chunin): Max of 4 posts 1000SP (Special Jonin): Max of 6 posts 2000SP (Jonin): Max of 8 posts 4000SP+ (Anbu and Kage): Max of 10 posts Ways to Combat Genjutsu 1. Genjutsu Release You can overcome the chakra that's causing you to see illusions by releasing a larger amount. To perform a Genjutsu Release, you must sacrifice twice the amount of CP that your opponent spent to use the Genjutsu. **Another character or characters may release the Genjutsu for you by sacrificing their own CP. If two or more characters do, then the CP is split. So if two characters help to release a Genjutsu that cost 20 CP cast on a third character, then each of first two pay only 20 of their own CP. 2. Self-Inflicted Injuries Another method to help escape a Genjutsu is to cause intense pain to yourself. How many posts are reduced through injuring one's self depends on the severity of the injury. -Minor Injury (a hard slap or punch to yourself): -1 post -Moderate Injury (cutting or stabbing yourself): -2 posts -Major Injury (deep gashes or breaking bones): -3 posts You can only injure yourself once per post and you cannot attack, start a technique, or charge chakra on that post. 3. Avoid Contact The simplest way to avoid Genjutsu is to not give your opponent the opportunity. If they need to see you to cast it, then avoid being seen. If they need you to hear a certain sound, then plug your ears before the battle starts. If you cannot escape an opponent's Genjutsu, then you must remain in the illusion for its duration and are at the mercy of the caster. Kekkei Genkai Kekkei Genkai (Bloodline Limit) are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. Kekkei Genkai and their related jutsu can't be taught or copied by others. Some Genkai allow people to mimic and perceive movements perfectly, some allow the user to combine two Chakra elements to form a new one, and others can have other kinds of effects on the user. This is a list of existing Kekkei Genkai that people can chose to use: Boil Release Byakugan - Hyūga Clan Crystal Release Dark release Dust release Ice release - Haku's Clan Iron Sand Lava release Sharingan - Uchiha Clan Steel release Storm release Swift release Sōma no Kō For now, the only Kekkei Genkai that's off limits is the Rinnegan. Only 4 people are allowed to have a single Kekkei Genkai at a time in this club. This is mainly so we won't have 10 Sharingan users, 8 Byakugan, and so on. So there can only be a maximum number of 4 Sharingan users, 4 Byakugan users etc. This rule could change later though. We will allow people to create their own Kekkei Genkai, but an Admin must look it over and either approve or deny it. Sharingan The Uchiha Clan's Sharingan is a famous and well known Kekkei Genkai. Since there is so much info on the Sharingan, we'll tell you what it can do for those who wield it. A character that can use a Sharingan will gain boosts to their stats, effectively decreasing the costs of using jutsu and increasing their Genjutsu capabilities by boosting the Ninjutsu, taijutsu and intelligence stats. When you first achieve the Sharingan, you start off having one tomoe (the things surrounding the central pupil) in each eye no matter what. When you attain 1000 SP, you will be able to gain two tomoe in each eye. And at 2000 SP, you will have three tomoe in each eye and a fully matured Sharingan. (There may be some exceptions to this for those that attain it later on) Those with one tomoe in each eye will get an increased ability to track objects moving at high speeds. You will be able to see things that would normally move too fast for normal human eyes, and you will be able to track several projectiles at once. This also enables you to form handseals abit quicker then normal. Those with two tomoe in each eye get +25% of their Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and intelligence. And Those with three tomoe get 50% Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and intelligence The increase to Ninjutsu stat does reduce the cost of using jutsu. But having the Sharingan active does drain your chakra. Depending on how skilled you are with it, having the Sharingan active will drain your CP. Note that having a high Ninjutsu stat WILL help decrease the cost of maintaining the sharingan, but only to a certain degree. Those with one tomoe must pay 5 CP for each post it's active. (Can be reduced to 3 with 700 ninjutsu) Those with two tomoe must pay 3 CP for each post it's active. (Can be reduced to 2 with 1400 ninjutsu) And those with three must pay 2 CP for each post it's active. (cannot be reduced, since the eye is now fully matured) There is one technique that all Uchiha with fully matured Sharingan can use: Izanagi. Using Izanagi will allow you to alter reality and turn reality into illusion, effectively allowing you to avoid serious injury or even death. But once you use Izanagi, one of you eyes will close and that eye will remain blind forever! *NOTE* Having an eternal Mangekyo will not save you from blindness when using the izanagi. Mangekyo Sharingan If you have performed the horrible deed of killing someone very close to you or have felt the emotion of losing them, you will attain the Mangekyo Sharingan. The mangekyo sharingan costs 10cp per post to maintain, and its cost are not influenced by the ninjutsu stat. To ensure that only those with a fully matured Sharingan can use the Mangekyo, you will need a grand total of 3000sp before the Mangekyo fully forms and can be used in battle. Those who activate the Mangekyo Sharingan will have their Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and intelligence stats multiplied by 2 as long as the Mangekyo is active. Mangekyo Sharingan users are able to use some extremely powerful techniques. All of the Mangekyo techniques are S-ranked Kinjutsu and cost 40 CP to use (except Susanoo) Amaterasu: One of the most powerful Ninjutsu in existence. It summons inextinguishable black flames hotter than the sun. These flames can ininerate anything they touch and will continue to burn for seven days and seven nights. If you are skilled enough, you could be able to put out the flames yourself with your Mangekyo. Despite being referred to as "inextinguishable", there are a few ways to avoid it. Blocking it with something physical has been shown to work, like a wall of Garaas sand or another large object that blocks the users line of sight. If you are hit, there are also a number of ways to survive this. If a piece of your clothing is hit, you can remove that piece of clothing before the flames spread to avoid taking damage from it. Or like the Raikage, lop off your arm if your arm is hit. There are numerous more ways to avoid it, finding will have to be a matter of creativity and logic. Tsukuyomi: Tsukuyomi has bee removed from the club, as it is impossible to balance and leaves the victim helpless for 5 posts. This is, by our very definitions, godmodding. Being trapped for 5 posts when it takes an opponent only 1 post to move over and kill you, is simply out of the question. Finding no way to balance this and make it survivable, the use of Tsukuyomi has been banned from the club. Note that it can still be used in story threads, to tell a piece of story or show something to another character, but using it in combat against another user is forbidden. Susanoo: Perhaps the most powerful of all the Mangekyo techniques. It is a technique that creates a spiritual humanoid being. The spirit is gigantic and surrounds and protects the user, effectively making it the ultimate defense. Even if you're able to activate Susanoo, you won't necessarily be a master at using it, since it takes much more skill to use a complete Susanoo than any other Mangekyo Techniques. It costs 50 CP to activate it, but then costs 25 additional CP every post after to keep it activated. But beware, the Mangekyo may give you great power, but it'll come at a cost. You can only use Mangekyo techniques 10 times (all together) before you completely go blind. Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan Through the taking of someone elses mangekyo sharingan and implanting them in yourself, one have the chance of attaining the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (henceforth referred to as EMS) enables the wielder to use any number of Mangekyo techniques without risking blindness, with the exception of Izanagi which will make the eye who uses it blind forever. However, it is not a perfect power by a long shot. The CP cost for all Mangekyo techniques is the same. In addition to this, there is also a risk when implanting a new Mangekyo that the result will not be an Eternal one and simply reset the wielders techniques to zero (enabling them to use another 10 techs before going blind again). To increase ones chances of getting the Eternal version, the eyes of your closest sibling is to be preferred. A close relative like parents, brothers, sisters gives the best chance. Followed by cousins, and other forms of distant relatives. Taking the eyes of a stranger with no ties to your family, will at best yield a 50/50 chance of the new Mangekyo being an eternal one. Furthermore, users are not allowed to take the eyes of their own NPC's to try and attain the EMS. The only eyes that can become an EMS, is the eyes of another members of a club, or the eyes of an NPC belonging to an admin. This is prevent people from simply creating an NPC solely for the purpose of harvesting their eyes, to gain the EMS without any effort. Users who have already done this will have their eyes reverted to a regular Mangekyo and have all they MT (Mangekyo techniques) refunded, enabling them to once again use 10 MT before going blind. Eight Inner Gates Each Ninja has eight inner chakra gates that limit our body's usage of energy to keep us from exhausting ourselves all the time. Some characters can learn how to open these gates to receive a temporary boost in speed, strength, and chakra. The Eight Gates are a Taijutsu specialist technique. In order to be able to start learning how to open any of the gates, you need a certain amount of points in your Taijutsu stat. 500 Taijutsu – Can learn to open First Gate 750 Taijutsu – Can learn to open Second Gate 1000 Taijutsu – Can learn to open Third Gate 1250 Taijutsu – Can learn to open Fourth Gate 1500 Taijutsu– Can learn to open Fifth Gate 1750 Taijutsu – Can learn to open Sixth Gate 2000 Taijutsu – Can learn to open Seventh and Eighth Gate Take note that just because you have the right amount of stats in your Taijutsu skill does not automatically mean you are capable of opening your inner gates. In most cases, you must learn how to do so from someone who is already able to open Inner Gates. If both your Speed and Strength stats are at least half of your Taijutsu stat, then you receive a "bonus" and become able to open one more gate. Ex: Taijutsu = 1500 = 5 Gates Speed = 750 Strength = 900 Since Speed and Strength are both at least half of the Taijutsu stat (1500 ÷ 2 = 750), the character is able to open one more gate, up to the sixth one. (Any decimal numbers are rounded up to the nearest 5 for Stats, nearest 1 for CP) First Gate: Gains 50% addition of your strength Allows the use of Front Lotus Lasts for 2 posts After deactivation, loses the addition to the Strength Stat and the original Stat is reduced by 20% Second Gate: +25% of your current CP (rounded up) +50% of your Intelligence Stat Lasts for 2 posts After deactivation, loses the addition to the Intelligence Stat and the original Stat is reduced by 20% Third Gate: +50% of your Speed Allows the use of Reverse Lotus Lasts for 2 posts After deactivation, loses the addition to the Speed Stat and the original Stat is reduced by 20% From the Fourth Gate on, the CP you pay for each Jutsu is doubled, but they're twice as powerful Fourth Gate: Replace Strength additions to +75% Strength Lasts for 3 posts After deactivation, loses the addition to Strength Stat and the original stat is reduced by 40% Fifth Gate: Replace Speed additions to +75% Speed Lasts for 3 posts After deactivation, loses the addition to Speed Stat and the original stat is reduced by 40% Sixth Gate: +50% of your current CP Replace Intelligence additions to +75% Intelligence Lasts for 3 posts After deactivation, loses the addition to Intelligence Stat and the original stat is reduced by 40% Seventh Gate: Replace all additions to +100% Strength, Speed, and Intelligence Allows for the use of Daytime Tiger and Eternal Chaotic Dance Lasts for 3 posts After deactivation, loses the addition to Speed, Strength, and Intelligence stats and the original stats are reduced by 80%. Also, their CP is reduced by 75% Eighth Gate: +100% of your current CP Replace all additions to +200% Strength, Speed, and Intelligence Lasts for 4 posts After deactivation, the user dies. And remember, you cannot charge chakra while you have opened an inner gate. Senjutsu (Sage Mode) Senjutsu, or Sage Technique, is the ability to draw energy from nature itself and use it as Sage Chakra. When you've mastered this, you'll be able to enter what's called Sage Mode. Sage Mode greatly increases your overall ability as a ninja. First of all, you must have a minimum of 200 total Chakra Points to start training to become a Sage. Then, you must have the approval from the majority of the admins. After that, you begin training with another Sage and/or your respective summoning animal in their land (admins and officers will play the role of the teachers) This training to learn Senjutsu must last at least one month in real world time. Once you've learned how to gather and balance nature energy with your physical and spiritual energy, you'll be able to enter Sage Mode. There are three different methods you can use to enter Sage Mode. Method 1 The Sage must completely stand still for an entire post to gather natural energy. Every consecutive post he/she stays still, the person will gain +10 CP at the beginning of their post. When the user starts to move again, he/she will have activated Sage Mode. The user cannot stand still to gain CP again until after the Sage Mode has ended. When the user's CP goes down to half of what he/she had before starting to gather natural energy, then the Sage Mode will end. Method 2 You can summon two animal Sages to assist you by fusing with your body and staying still to gather natural energy for you (i.e. Sage Art: Amphibian Technique). Once the technique is activated, you automatically go into Sage Mode and start gathering +10 CP at the beginning of each post (even if you yourself is moving). This method can only last for a maximum of 10 posts and after that time span has ended, the two summons that assisted you disappear and return to their homeland. If Sage Mode ends when the time runs out, your CP drops to half of what it was before Sage Mode started (unless it's already lower than half). Jinchuriki cannot use this method due to the overwhelming presence of the Bijuu inside of them. Method 3 A Shadow Clone may be made and left to gather natural energy on its own then release the clone later to automatically gain 50% of your current CP (rounded down) and enter Sage Mode. Only one Shadow Clone can be formed to gather natural energy with this method, which in turn will limit the maximum number of Clones you can create to 5. You may have a Clone already made and prepared to release, but only once per Club Episode. If you do not have one already prepared, you may create a Shadow Clone and have it start to gather natural energy in the thread to use for later. When the user's CP goes down to half of what he/she had before releasing the clone, then the Sage Mode will end. If you created the clone and had it gather energy in the thread that you are currently active in, when you can release that clone to enter Sage mode will be your current CP divided by 20 (rounded down). The resulting number is in posts after the clone started gathering natural energy. Once Sage Mode is activated... -All of the user's stats are multiplied by 2, but the additional Chakra and Ninjutsu increase doesn't effect your total CP or CP usage -The cost of all techniques are multiplied by 2, but they are twice as powerful -The user can slightly extend the reach of their physical attacks by using the natural energy around them as an extension of their body -The user gains the ability to sense chakra around them However, if a Sage draws in too much natural energy, their body will start to morph into an animal and turn to stone. Therefore, if the Sage gains more than 50% of the CP they currently had before they started drawing in natural energy, then will turn into a stone and never be able to change back Ex: -A Sage has 200 CP and uses method 2 to activate Sage Mode. -The animals gather natural energy for him and he gains +10 CP each post -After 10 posts, he has gained 100 CP (50% of what he started with before Sage Mode) -He accidentally stays in Sage Mode for another post, gaining another +10 CP and giving him a total of 310 (more than 50% of what he started with before Sage Mode) -Since he gathered more nature energy than he could handle, he transforms into an animal and turns into stone Sage Mode can only be activated a total of three times. After that, the user must finish the battle and/or rest until they've completely healed and restored their energy. You cannot charge chakra while gathering natural energy or in Sage Mode. Jinchuriki and Demon Cloaks Powerful and wild demons with a great amount of chakra have prowled the world, usually causing destruction to villages. These demons are known as the Tailed Beasts, each having a certain number of tails from one to nine, indicating how much strength and chakra they have. Eventually, the Ninja have found a way to control these Tailed Beasts by sealing them inside a human being. A human with a Tailed Beast sealed inside of them is known as a Jinchuriki, or Tailed Beast Host. If the Jinchuriki doesn't die from the strain, he or she can eventually learn how to draw on the Beast's Chakra and use it as their own. When they gain a good amount of control over the Beast, they can gain what is known as a Demon Cloak, a cloak of pure chakra that gives them great strength. Activating Demon Cloaks gives Jinchuriki a boost in their CP, depending on which Tailed Beast they have sealed in side them and how many tails they grow with the cloak. If they grow all of their tails, then they achieve a Full Transformation, taking on the Beast's actual appearance. **NOTE** If a Jinchuriki activates a Full Transformation without learning how to control their beast first, they will have no control over their actions whatsoever and may become completely devoured by their Tailed Beast, dying in the process and letting it loose once again. Ichibi Nibi Sanbi Yonbi **IMPORTANT** The stronger four of the Jinchuriki will go into the "Version 2" (V2) Forms once they reach at least half of the total amount of tails that beast has. In these forms, skin is burned away, blood mixes with the beast's chakra, and extra bones or muscular tissue can be formed. The Jinchuriki will also lose control if he/she has not completely tamed the beast. Gobi Rokubi Shichibi Hachibi If a Jinchuriki manages to completely control their tailed beast, then they will not have to enter Version 2 when they reach the appropriate number of tails. Though, they may chose to so they can gain the extra increases in their stats that V2 gives them. As with the 8 Gates and Sage Mode, you gain additional stats while you have a Demon Cloak. While a Jinchuriki is using a normal Demon Cloak (no matter how many tails), their Strength, Speed, and Intelligence are increased by 50%. When Jinchuriki enters Version 2, their Strength, Speed, and Intelligence are multiplied by 2 instead. If the Jinchuriki initiates a Full Transformation, their Speed, Strength, and Intelligence are multiplied by 3 instead You cannot charge Chakra while in a Demon Cloak state. Hunter-Nin option To provide an extra challenge to Missing-Nin, at any time during their missions an admin may post something along the lines of: This thread is now open to x number of Hunter-Nin Any person or persons that wish to play as a Hunter-Nin after this has been announced just has to post in that thread and start RPing as a Hunter-Nin. (It's first come first serve) Hunter-Nins are Non-Player Characters (NPC's) and whether the Hunter-Nin you're RPing as survives or not won't affect your own character. The Missing-Nin can only be targeted by characters who are the same rank as them and ninjas of the same village they were once part of. Example: A former Konoha B-class Missing Nin is performing a mission and an admin announces that two Hunter-Nin have found him. The first two Special Jonin ranked ninja from Konoha that post there will be able to play as Hunter-Nin. They battle with the Missing Nin, but he kills both of his opponents. That Missing-Nin will receive bonus SP. Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and other techniques that don't require CP Since most Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and other kinds of techniques don’t actually use chakra in order to perform them, there will be a list of techniques known to the Naruto universe that don’t require CP to use. This will make it easier for Taijutsu and Kenjutsu specialists to make techniques and not have to abide by the Created Jutsu restrictions. Cloak of Invisibility Technique One Thousand Years of Death Rope Escape Technique Dynamic Entry Leaf Gale Leaf Whirlwind Manipulated Shuriken Technique Piercing Fang Shadow Shuriken Technique Arhat Fist Drunken Fist Dual Piercing Fang Leaf Great Whirlwind Leaf Rising Wind Lion Combo Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades Prepared Needle Shot Shadow of the Dancing Leaf Dual Wolf Fang Leaf Strong Whirlwind All Directions Shuriken Dance of the Crescent Moon Beast Human Martial Arts Secret Technique: Heaven Twin Fang Beast Man Clone Combo Remember, if you make up a Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, or Weapons technique, you are not required to use CP to use it. However, you may use some CP to strengthen it in battle. Not all the Kenjutsu or Taijutsu techniques need to be listed. Use your own judgement on which ones don’t require Chakra, but if you think a technique needs to be added to the list, feel free to tell an admin and they’ll add it. |
