| There are multiple romantic relationships going on in this series. Only one is an actual full romance where they get together (a guy and a girl about the same age), but yes, there is romance and a lot of different 'couples' or would-be couples in it, and each relationship is unique and different. There are a few shounen ai relationships, there's a really beautiful 'relationship' where a prostitute is in love with a married family man (don't worry it's completely one-sided, but very beautifully done), there's a 14 year old girl who is in love with a 26 or so year old man (entirely one-sided, but still very sweet and wonderfully done), a yandere computer in love with a girl (I'm dead serious, and I do mean an actual desktop computer type thing, not an android), and many more. In short, yes, yes it DEFINITELY has romance and it plays a VERY strong role. It explores so many different types of love, more than any other series you've seen before most likely. =) In fact a very large and important part of the series is the concept of love as a very key trait of humanity. It's really a beautiful series and I highly recommend it. My signature picture is actually from X, in fact. =) |

| No problem! One bit of advice though- It isn't finished, it's been on hiatus for 10 years BUT the anime is finished and the anime ending was pretty good, so once you get done with all the manga chapters just watch the anime for some sense of closure. =) Hope you enjoy!! |

The ONLY good thing about the movie is it's budget (it had very pretty art and animation), but everything else about it is AWFUL. It was made when only 6 volumes were out- They hadn't even introduced all the characters yet, so Kakyo isn't even in it it's some original character, not to mention that Kusanagi is an entirely different person in the movie. No one likes the X movie. |

She was prostitute? o_O it was never mentioned, so i though that she is someone like stripper or something like that but not a real prostitute :/ |

She also mentions having clients. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure sure was a prostitute, just more of a high-class one. Either way though she was a remarkable character and really beautifully written. |
