| Fantastic ep. When Kazari-chan said she was into yuri and loved Rikka, I squeeled like a school girl. When she said she was joking I died a little inside :( Anyway, the date was cute. Rikka and Yuuta's relationship isn't your typical one so it's no surprise they haven't gotten very far. Seeing them hold hands was great though, and with the way the end of this ep was set up with the intro of the new char and her being the 'troublesome' thing that comes between them, their relationship will grow which hopefully results in a kiss by the end. Also the dolphin part was hilarious. That was exactly how I expected her to react lol. Now that the new char has been introduced, I can't wait to see the next ep! |

| As much as I dislike the show in general, the male lead, and especially Rikka, I have to give credit where it's due. This was a pretty neat episode in regards to two young people coming to terms with going out with each other under special circumstances. I can't believe I'm saying this...this was a good episode. 4/5. |

| Shinka's old form is back! Hope they explained why though. Rikka was soooooooooooo cute. Lol at her signaling the dolphin to jump and jump again. They finally held hands and that's because of Shinka. Shinka best girl for ensuring Rikka and Yuuta's relationship to develop. Isshiki gets a second screentime and still got smashed away. Not only Nibutani changed back her style without ANY explanation, but also Satone didn't show up until the very last scene, sigh :P Adorable episode and all, but really, didn't even hold hands after 6 months of dating... They are really like a 6th grade students. If there is a kiss scene in this series, it will be a real miracle. The episode opens the door for forming a love triangle though. Rikka is not ready (Yuuta doesn't even look THAT interested anyway) so if the new girl actually tries, I can see her snatching Yuuta away. Also wtf with that stalker, I didn't even notice her. |

| That stalker in the background...WHO- I didn't even notice when i watched. Yuuta said this in the first episode, but I would've thought their relationship would've gone a bit beyond holding hands but not even! Well thanks to Nibutani playing the great role of the wingman they got somewhere this ep. As for that new girl, hmm I don't even know, hasn't said a line yet. Kannagi's (fake) yuri with Rikka was certainly something and really, Isshiki gets like two sec of screen time only for that to be him getting slammed into a wall. His hairstyle is all too familiar though... A straight forward episode, I assume the new character will provide the new drama so things should be more interesting from next ep. |

Although I thought Yuuta wanted to stay as far away from Chuunibyous as possible as even with Rikka he always tries to have a semblance of normalcy in life. And its funny that Nibutani warned Yuuta about interlopers getting between them when the one that should worry is Rikka (and if Yuuta goes after the new girl even though Nibrotani already gave him a warning, I'll be mad). And in most corny romance shows the one that gets the warning is the girl so I thought it could imply a change in roles. Why I thought it could work is that Rikka and that girl are both Chuunibyou's and childish while Yuuta is trying to make his relationship go somewhere Rikka doesn't want to for now, hence the handholding "drama" in this episode, heh. But maybe I'm just reading too much when the truth is much simpler...wonder what direction the show will take. |
