Waiiiiiiit.. This doesn't make sense. Her time travel attempt to 1975 was flawed, yet she still maintained her memories. Maybe this is a world line that isn't in the anime nor visual novel.

Makes perfect sense, the Alpha Time Machine was flawed in that it was incomplete and could only go backwards, remember?

This is gonna take a while to explain. You'll have to read Boukan No Rebellion and watch the anime first. So I'll put spoiler tags here.

You don't understand, the Time Machine being flawed is universal across all Alpha World Lines because Daru was killed before he could complete it, that's why the Jellification occurs.
The Beta World Line Time Machine was fully completed, and can travel forward and backwards, it doesn't cause the jellification because that method of Time Travel was perfected.

The Time Machine being broken only affects her suicide, she would have the jellification effect either way because the Time Machine was never completed.

Interesting. But my theory could be possible aswell. There's no evidence that the incomplete time machine causes jellification. Guess we gotta wait for more. The time traveling itself is complete to guarentee a safe time travel attempt. It's complete in the sense it could travel through time, but incomplete due to the inability to travel to the future. Ofc this is just my speculation. The story on steins;gate has unlimited possibilities due to its plot, I'm not wrong but I'm not right either. But nevertheless your theories make sense

There's really endless possibilities as to why Suzuha is becoming jelly-like. Just as she questions over what it could be, it could even be something minor she has/will/already done and it is catching up to this moment.
There is evidence that a flawed time machine causes jellyfication, considering Sern's attempts. Perhaps it is not her but rather Braun that is changing the circumstances of the state of what the timeline is in, as he is essentially cares for her and probably won't sell her to sern about her secret.

I would say jellification happened because future Daru screwed up. And losing her memories was due to something else, and not the time machine, if you read Boukan No Rebellion.

What a cruel future. Jellyman...though LOL. I almost chuckled at that thought.
