| Girl is only Hollywood ugly, brother is a do**he, an idiot and probably a sadist, and the heroine is seriously emo. Not to mention the underlying mention that only external beauty really matters. Generic and predictable so far and not nearly as good as other series I've read/seen with similar premises, but hopefully it'll get better later. |
| It reminds me of the classic Cinderella story...but the main guy is also kind a badass imo. Well now that she's changed, I bet some guys would try to go out with her just because of the change. |

| Pretty cool so far and can't wait to read up to chapter 70, because I've read some spoiler and I rather marathon through the whole thing between Mairu and those dudes. |

| Agree completely with jacobpaige. And I'm probably especially critical because I've started reading Koe no Katachi which is on a whole other level of drama, romance, and bullying themes. It was a little too "woe is me" for my taste. Was able to get through it mostly because of the delicious artwork. Enjoyed the interaction between Mairu and Tenyuu. He was gorgeous, but had a decent personality and didn't give her a pity party; that gets major bonus points from me. But if Mairu doesn't eventually realize that looks are just looks and there's more to life than earning a man's affection, I won't waste my time continuing this. My two cents ^^; |
