Arclight stood before Alisa as she attempted to walk out in her delusional state but the girl with the massive gauntlets stopped her before she bumped into him, scooped her up, placed her in the bed, and started giving her the phase drink. Soon after the girl with the gauntlets started giving her the phase drink, Arclight's two men returned. One arrived with emergency supplies, including IV and injectable phase energy packs, while the other arrived with a (competent) doctor.

The doctor immediately got to work as the girl with the gauntlets was giving her the drink, hooking her up to the IV and began to inject the phase energy with a syringe. As the doctor injected the last portion of phase energy into the sickly girl, she began to stabilize and the air of relief was palpable as he said: "She should be fine now, she just needs a lot of rest."

"Vector, who is this girl in the bed?" Arclight asked as he watched the color slowly return to her face. "You seem to be very concerned for her."

Vector looked at Arclight. "She is...someone important to our cause," he replied, not wanting to give too much away. "She did me a great service, and I was only making sure she was properly taken care of... He abilities are..special, and thus she is a rare case that must not fall into the hands of the ISG again.."

As Qui tended to the girl, more people entered, and seeing how the rooms had very little space, it soon became stuffy and cramped. She sighed, the people around her didn't know how air flowed in this area and it was suffocating her and the girl, both being low to the ground. As the girl stabilized and the bottle was emptied, she pulled the bottle away from her lips and got up from beside the bed. She rose her hand over the bed and punched a hole in the wall over the girl, it led to a room on the other side that happened to be open and clean-ish. She then turned around and poked two holes where floor met the wall opposite of the one she had made a "vent" in. She then proceeded to widen the door, bending the steel that was the door frame. She sighed in relief and took in the somewhat fresher air that was circulating into the room.

She then faced the loud man, which she believed she had seen before but couldn't remember. It was slightly common for this to happen to happen as she rarely spoke so she didn't say their name often, meaning she easily forgot their name. But she did remember faces that she saw now and again. With this she tapped him on the shoulder and held up two note cards to his face. One asked "Who are you?" and "Who are they?" They was represented by her pointing at the girl. Seeing as Vector didn't say much to him, she did not expect him to say much about her, but she wanted to see his reaction on how he'd answer her. This is when the saying "Curiosity killed the cat" would come into play but the saying never accounted for a cat with a stature as intimidating as her's.

As Arclight was talking to Vector, the girl with the gauntlets performed "construction work", or rather "deconstruction work", on the room. While it did allow for more ventilation, the fact that she had so boldly done so without asking for the permission of him or anyone else in the room irked him. He pushed the remaining dust and floating small debris out of the room with a pulse of his magnetic field.

As for Vector, Arclight could tell that he was very obviously hiding something from him but he knew that if the man wouldn't tell him outright right away, it was highly sensitive information. "Take this and give it to Thane," he said to Vector as he handed him the data he had deciphered. "It contains vital intelligence about the ISG and I assume it will become useful in the coming days."

As he was about to walk out, a large, metal hand tapped him on the shoulder and he immediately knew who it was without even turning around but he did so nonetheless. As he turned, two note cards stood in front of his face. "I am Eric Arclight, systems infiltrator for the Rogue Company and ruler of the slums, you would do well to remember that. As for who she is, I do not know, but I do know that she is important to our cause and must be taken care of. If you wish to know more, go bug the masked man who I talked to earlier."

With that, he began to leave with his two men, as he had essentially done what he had come here to do; Vector could be trusted and was one of the few people he knew that could stand being around that man.

Vector pocketed the file Arclight gave him. He would hand it over to Thane when he saw him. In the meantime, he went over to Alisa, and watched her. She seemed to have calmed down now, and was asleep. He smiled and began to walk out. He looked over at the wall which now had a massive hole in it, thanks to a certain someone with overly large gauntlets. Such unruly youth,he sighed, shaking his head.

Qui could only grip the hand rail tightly as Arclight gave her a smug answer. For an infiltrator, he sure knew how to stick out like a sore thumb. Bering one with two bodyguards and "ruler" of the slums was a bit of a signal to say "Hi, im high ranks in the slums and if you see my face in the ISG area, please shoot me uncontrollably!" He may be buddies with Vector but that did not mean she should like him. But as with many of the smug people around the slums, they are smug for a reason and that is usually because they know they can be smug due to their power and people's unwillingness to challenge them.

But she didn't have time for him, she was bored and wanted orders and answers. She turned to Vector who was leaving. She saw his glance at the hole then at her, it was a sign that maybe it wasn't the best action but things needed to be done or it would have never been done in the first place. She followed after him, only opening her mouth when there weren't as many people around to hear her "So Vector, sir, who happens to be our frail visitor?" She only talked to Vector because Thane trusted him and she trusted Thane. Her main job in Rogue Company was bodyguard service as she was predominantly a living wall, blockade, and bulldozer when need be which he may or may not have been aware of, but it wasn't much else she could do, big gauntlets don't help with silent ops, but they do make for a nice entrance and exit.

Immersed on her own nightmares, Alisa continued to drown on the sadness of accepting her uselessness. However, who was to judge her? She didn't even understood why she was locked down by her own father. Could it be that she was a threat for her father. She was a threat for the world around her? If she it was like that, then she had to understand it better, know more about it. She had to know more about herself. She had to understand who she was. She was never told who she was, she had to discover by herself that she was actually someone who was connected to the Mayor in ways that people never imagined.

Waking up a few minutes after most people had left her room, Alisa looked around, apparently lost from what had just happened to her. She had a few faint memories of what had happened and that was something very constant for her. Her constant loss of Phase Energy was quite normal and since she wasn't able to control it very well, she would constantly faint or end up sick. She would also not remember anything after she fainted, not even her constant horrible nightmares. Blinking without control, Alisa could feel that she had cried a few minutes ago. Walking towards the bathroom of her now redecorated room, Alisa looked at herself. She had a horrible complexion. She looked as if she had just died and been revived again. However, she was no longer feeling her body heavy nor was she feeling sick anymore. This meant that someone helped her and she quickly thought that Vector was the one responsible. However, she had no ideia if it really was him. She had to find the person and thank him personally. That was something that only Alisa could do. With a smile, Alisa changed her clothes into something less attractive and went out of her room silently, searching for a way to go out of the Safehouse without anyone noticing her.

Alisa was quite good a sneaking around since she had practiced it various times when she was on the Laboratories. In less than ten minutes she was able to go out of the Safehouse and into the Slums once more, searching for some time outside.

After a few moments of waiting for Vector's answer, she became frustrated and left him to himself. It was quite useless to ask him in the first place but she had the slight hope he'd giver her more information then he would to most people. Due to how the rooms and living quarters were set up, she could easily climb like a gorilla or fall down without being hurt. (Going off the picture in the first post of the thread) This she did often and would often frighten people who weren't used to her doing this. She was still itching for some orders so she placed her comms unit onto her head and dropped done through the middle of the circular barracks. As she fell, she positioned her hands under her, letting them take the force as she landed which as they did, she spread them out, slowing the impact and suppressing the force. The residents don't like dents in their floor.

She hadn't forgotten about the girl but wasn't worried as she was sure Vector had made it clear she was important. She headed for the exit of the slums, only to grab a drink of water and went out into the slums, only to climb one of the building and quickly get onto high ground. She hand a strategical advantage here and overlooked the area. The vehicles going in between the buildings and the people below were all visible to her. she activated her comms and linked to high command of Rogue company "I need orders..."

Vector had been deep in thought about something, and thus had not noticed Qui ask her question.By the time he snapped out of his thoughts, she had already left. He sighed. He seemed a bit off his game today. Maybe I'm just getting old,he thought. He went to his room and laid down. He didn't bother to close the door. He sat down beside his daughter's bedside and smiled, looking at her sleeping face. She stirred a little, but continued peacefully traveling through dreamworld. He smiled, wishing this time with his daughter could last forever..
