Kenshin defeated the fucking Batman. Meanwhile Schneider betrayed comrades for Misanagi's sake as follows from the episode's title.

I wonder where that third Black Knight vanished in the end. Sure his weapon was broken but still he could have done something...

I hate to say it, but I think I might actually like Misanagi's personality more than Misao's... but Misao got so much more development and great scenes during the Kyoto arc... ;___;

"Why don't you fight me"
*Pretty much obliterates her stance*

Way to go Kaoru, it's the thought that counts.

That dialogue about the Black Knights ruling the world and the nature of justice was really hamfisted. I liked the different-looking shurikens from the bat ninja. Kenshin emitted supersonic waves to kill or knock out the bats?! Then the bat dude was KO'd from the rocks shifting. It wasn't a very good fight. The rest of the episode was okay, but the main cast still got ignored in place of the nights and the ninjas. It was still not very good, and the main bad guy is not very interesting.

Both Schneider and the black knights leader were operating based on their own idealism.

The GermanBlack Knights betraying Misanagi was probably the most obvious plot twist in the history of plot twists, you could see it coming like 3 episodes ago. While the dialogue was corny though the fights in this episode were fun.

Also is it just me or does Misanagi resemble on of the female antagonists in "Flame of Recca"? Their character designs look rather similar.
