| Zane looked down to the sword. Blood Queen, huh? He thought to himself as he quickly stepped on the sword's grip, making sure that it would not go out of it's sheath. "I already said it. Go away. You're not welcome here, Royal Scum." He said, gripping his sword even more tightly. The katana would not go out of it's sheath now that Zane was stepping on it's grip and Thomas had an almost nule chance of getting past Zane without getting injured or killed. Zane's expression was extremely serious and cold. He showed no fear at all. At the moment the man touched Emi, his hand slowly burned. A small seal was on Emi's hand, one that showed Zane's sword. The man backed out almost immediatly as a shield slowly encovered Emi. |

| He heard something and charged him, pushed the man off his sword "you said you would protect her right. Then lets go." He gets his sword out and heads twordes the sound of her voice. |

| Zane pushed Thomas away before he was able to take his sword and once more stepped on the sword. "Go away!" Zane said in a slightly angered tone. He was clearly on the edge. |

| Blood queen took the moment and got free. She flew to Thomas and he caught her "damn arrogant SOB can't you hear her. Emi is in fucking danger." He was more than ready to fight. |

| Once the mans hand lost its grip, she ran forgetting the candy. She saw Zane and ran behind him. "Zane-kun he was being a meanie." She said holding onto his jacket. |
| Zane's expressions were still cold as ice. Not even flinching when Thomas caught the sword. "Yeah, I can see how she is in danger. I'll repeat myself. Go away, you're not welcome here. Don't make me repeat myself once more, you foolish Royal Scum." Zane said, raising the BloodBane and aiming it at Thomas. The sword shone a crimsom red tone. "Whoaaaaa! I can't believe it Zaney, we're fighting the Blood Queen!? This is going to be fun, isn't it!? Kill them all, Zaney, kill them all." The sword's exaggerated tone echoed in Zane's mind, causing smirk and chuckle in excitment. "You better go away for a little, Emi... This is going to be a good one." Zane said, in a different tone. His tone was excited, bloody even. |

| He looked at him "do you truly mean her no harm?" He asked. Blood queen spoke uo 'watch out for them. He is under blood bans influence.' |

| "If I wanted her dead, don't you think she would already be?" Zane said, smirking in a excited way. His mind was far from Emi, he was fully concentrated on fighting this Royal Scum. "But I do mean a lot of harm to you, kitty boy." He said, chuckling excitedly as his smirk grew. "Let's finish them off, Zaney! Come on, I want to taste his blood!" The over-excited voice echoed in Zane's mind once more. A childish and immature voice, BloodBane was a bloody sword. A sword that cared only for the kills layed on her tip. "Come on, since you're in disadvantage, I'll allow you to make the first move..." Zane said, chuckling once more as the BloodBane shone it's own threatening glitter. |

| Exodus saw Zane's back and leapt forward, landing next to him with a boom and turning to him. "Zane, it was your idea to attack at this time, get moving!" His voice was impatient and it seemed he had gathered troops nearby. His glance turned to Thomas and he showed him powerful, commanding eyes. "And you... what is your purpose and where does your loyalty lie?" |
| He looked at him "my loyalty lies to myself. But I work for whoever pays me." He said flatly "why do you fight?" |

| Heh, to ask the leader himself such a question. Well it didn't matter, this man had clearly stated that his loyalty was not to them and ignored one of the questions Exodus had asked. Seeing no reason to answer a question posed at him, he simply restated his own. "What is your purpose here? Answer carefully... now that you know this location you might need to 'disappear'." |
| "i am here to ensure the safety of the princess known as Emi. Right now it is both because if I don't my head ends up on a spike and I don't want to see a child harmed." He was not about to fight if he didn't have to. |

| "Well frankly your head will end up on a spike if you tell any of the Queen's followers about this place... more specifically... wait... Emi is here!?" Exodus lost his composure for a second at the discovery. Somehow one of the Queen's own was in their base. Holy hostage opportunity. "Was this your doing Zane?" He turned to him and tried to regain his normal, calm tone of voice. |
| "i won't tell. You guys have been good employers on the past, but I will not let you use that girl. If she is harmed then you will not just piss me off but her as well." He pointed to blood queen |

| Exodus's dull eyes turned back to the wolf man. He signaled his men and all fifty of them surrounded him. "Look... whoever you are, I'll allow you to leave this place alive if you won't tell, that much alone is incredible generosity considering the information you have. I currently harbor no intent to harm her but I will do anything it takes to bring the Queen to her knees and have her head, and you will not interfere with that goal." |
| Zane simply nodded and still had his sword aimed at Thomas. "The girl is safe with me. You have no needs to worry about her. The last thing I shall do will be hurting her. However, I have no intentions of giving her back. She's better with me than she is with all those insane Demons." Zane said, having his sword shining a bright red glittler. He was still being able to at least contain himself, even though the BloodBane was being utterly cruel to him, having her excited and loud voice thumping in his mind. |

| Emi waited inside of the cave. She hugged her knees to her chest. |
| "The only thing you know how to do is killing. Shedding their blood is part of who you are. Make him regret his appearence. Destroy his body, leave no hostages. Do to him what they did to you." The multiple voices echoed in his mind. Zane flinched slightly as he let out a growl. "Yeah, whatever. Just get out of my sight already." He said, in a slightly controlled voice. He was clearly trying to fight against the urge to obey the BloodBane. |

| Emi got tired of waiting and she ran out of the cave. |
| He stood there ready to fight if he had to but really didn't want to. |

| Exodus glanced at Zane as he seemed to fight something, some urge. He'd of course heard of these symptoms before and decided against this unnecessary fight, for now. The wolf's argument was decent but more importantly it was convenient, so Exodus decided to allow it for now. "Go on, babysit the girl. I'll make sure I have men watching you, ready to call me if you try and take her." He signaled over to one of the soldiers, whispered some orders in his ear, and then turned to Zane. "It's time to go. You'll have plenty of enemies to slaughter there." Exodus hoped he was making the right decision in trusting the stranger not to take Emi who was quite valuable, but hoped his men could at least prevent such a thing from occurring. Right now he had to complete the operation Shadowrazor had surely already begun. "We can't be late, let's move." Exodus spoke sternly before turning to begin the march to Fort Senora. |
| Emi appeared behind Zane. "Don't leave me alone." She whispered holding onto the back of his jacket. |
| For a split second, the voices stopped, making Zane sigh in relief. He heard Emi's voice and turned back before kneeling down and looking directly at her, showing a gentle smile. He was still fighting against the BloodBane's uttering, but it was slightly easier now that he knew he was going to release it on the Royals on the Fort Senora. "Don't worry, kitty boy there will be with you." He said, joking about Thomas' ears. He then got up once more and glanced at Exodus, signaling for him to go ahead. "I'll be back later, I promise." Zane told Emi, smiling gently once more before he turned his back to her and runned after Exodus with the other Rebels. |

| Emi huffed and hung onto his leg. "I don't wanna stay with him. He'll being me back to Daddy!" She said with wide eyes. |
| He was pissed at being called kitty boy but decided it was to much trouble to argue with an idiot. He went to Emi "no I won't. I said that I wouldn't so I won't." |

| Zane nodded. "Don't worry, I won't let him do that and even if he does, my friends will get you back." Zane then turned away and started to run, waving back at Emi as he ran towards the Sun Valley. Their target was Yzure Bay, a place hidden in the southwest of the realm. An easy, yet long trajectory. |

| Emi huffed and ran back to the cave. She laid down and fell asleep holding onto one of Zane's shirts. |
| Thomas walked in and sat next to her. "you know I was told to bring you to your dad. But I won't." |

| Emi stared up at him. "You promise?" She asked. She didn't believe him. |
| "i promise." He was telling the truth. But he knew that sooner or later he wouldn't have a choice. But then he had an idea. What if he could get in her dads good side, keep her happy and keep the rebels happy. But he would need help. |

| Emi nodded and hummed in agreement. "Can we go look for Zane-kun?" She asked swinging her legs back and forth. |
| "i don't know where he is. I can go and try to find out." He really didn't know where to even begin.w |

| "He said he was going to a fort." She said starting to twirl around. "Can we go visit him?" |
| "for some reason I don't think it would be a good idea. If I remember right the fort isn't one of there's." |

| Emi gave him puppy dog eyes. "Please. Please. Please!!" She begged looking up at him. "I promise to be a good girl! I promise!!" She begged. |
| He face palmed "I never said no but first we need to find out which fort he's at." |

| She perked up instantly. "Yay! Yay! I'm going to go see Zane-kun!!" She said jumping up and down. "He said something about a fort sat... S-something." |
| Emi huffed and flashed away. She just thought of Zane and she flamed away. |
