| Now that the second season has been unveiled, it's a perfect time for theory crafting. One key aspect revealed in episode 13 is that the Council used a different rune (four-leafed flower?) from the one Valvrave used (the triangle). However, the tatoo shown in Mirko/Asmodeus is the triangle, which is supposedly the main crest of the Magius. What do you think about the connection between the runes? Different powers or different "bloodlines" or clans? Lineage (not genetic but "spiritual") seems to be an important theme here. Call for more discussion. |

We know Saki already got into the Valvrave. However, we don't know anything about her powers yet, if any. However, we are getting some leads here. We now know that Runes are information-based energy. |

| My theory is this. Cain stated in episode 12 that there are clans within the Magius. He also stated that Pino and Prue are progenitors of the Magius species. My guess is that the clover is the symbol of a specific clan, but that the Triple V triangle is the symbol for ALL the Magius. Haruto was infected by the one of the progenitors (Pino) so his symbol on his blood as well as his body, would be the Triple V of the Magius since he is now of the original clan. |
| I have a new theory, spoiler up to episode 4: I know my theory seems a little far-fetched, but given what we've seen so far, Valrave and its writers are capable of pulling something like this. Besides being a great plot twist, this revelation would tie the story back in full circle, making Shouko's relevancy as the main heroine and the center of "tomodachi" theme as vividly as ever. |
