So does anyone know what this is about? Would just like to know the general idea, without any major spoilers. Any evidence for 3rd season?

The story is set on the time Chihaya was in the hospital. It's told from Hanano's point of view, and the plot is about the club members deciding what they will do in the bunkasai.

It was quite funny, but that's it. Sort of a filler episode and no mention about season three.
