| It's like spending an hour with a girl and then asking her friends if she is ok... Why do you need to be persuaded by the fans to watch it again? Just watch the few episodes and judge for yourself. It's not like this show has 100 episodes so it will waste your time. The score is currently like that because of the people like you who dropped it after two episodes and rated the show. Even if you didn't rate it, others did while never giving this show a chance to fly. And there are others, like me, who still haven't given the final score cuz' naturally the show isn't finished, so there is a chance that score will go up. But it's not like score is relavant. If you enjoy something then rating doesn't matter. |

| it has a mediocre story if you watch Pacific Rim then its similar since they gonna destroy the gate the connects the wulgaru enemies and earthlings, but i still find it a good watch simply because of the awesome robot fighting scenes |
| I agree with Crimson_cloud's analogy. Personally, I don't agree with the score of this series on MAL (especially if I compare it to some overrated series that has a higher score than it while it doesn't deserve that score imo). I marathoned MJP easily in two days, and I found it very enjoyable! One of the aspect I like the most is that the animation stays pretty consistent. As some already mentionned, the fight scenes are really well animated, they make a good use of CGI and the choreography is awesome. As for the characters, I have grown to like them. At first, Tamaki was a bit annoying to watch, but now I like how she is silly. |
| The show overall started off pretty clumsily, and progress was moving pretty slow. Of the recent episodes, the characters become more likeable, a few chuckles here and there and character development actually happens. Like above, animation is pretty consistent. I do agree though that the beginning would totally turn off alot of people. Just in my opinion, the show got much better than it was before. |
| If your going to complain that Yu-Gi-Oh! Mangas are on the top NY times manga best sellers, you must not realize how popular Card games are(as well as the fact that you get a free card). |
