First and foremost the world would be one of fantasy. Its based on an island inhabited not only by humans but also all manner supernatural creatures like youkai, monsters, mythological creatures, and even gods. The island itself is widely referred to as "En Corvis" and is itself a fantastic place with widely diferent terrain ranging from desserts to snowy tundras to more supernatural places like the "Burning Blossoms" a forest of fiery trees or the "Endless Steps" a never ending staircase said to lead to Hell.

Inhabitants:

Humans are among the most numerous of the islands inhabitants with many settlements dotting the island. The humans greatest strengths is their technological prowess but there are many powerful magic users among them

There are countless types of supernatural beings inhabiting the island and their behavior varies greatly between types to the reclusive Tengu who inhabit the mountains to the north to the nomadic Cat Sith tribes, to the friendly faeries,

(Rough Draft. Just an info dump for now until I organize all the shit.)

The Raw Fade:

The Fade is a magical place where only darkness and spirits can be seen. This place is considered a world of dreams. Mages go to the Fade while sleeping but other humans can also go by using the powers of magic. Beware, though, since the Fade is home to demons and monsters far from imaginations of humans that have the power to dominate the mind of a mage or human in reality. Spirits and other magical beings are safe on the Fade since they cannot be dominated by demons. The Raw Fade is a world where only your mind and spirit are present, but not your body, thus being an surreal world. Leaving the Fade requires the mind to notice that it is dreaming, this is easily made by mages but requires big effort from humans brought to the Fade with magic or curses.

The Black City:

The Black City is the only place that can be clearly seen inside the Fade. Just look to the sky and you will see a floating island, bearing 3 different cities, with the major one being the Black City. It is home to all the corruption that now runs deep in the Raw Fade. It can be reached though it requires huge effort and skills to do so, since it is the center of the Fade and far towards the sky. It is said that the Black City was once heavens for the lost souls of the dead. However, due to greed, when alive humans invaded the Fade, it crumbled and fell, corrupted. This made magical beings to be skeptical about Humanity's reasons. Inside the Black City, is the Fort of the Deceased, home to all the dead and the Fade King.

The Human City of Alteia:

This is the city where a large percentage of the Humans on En Corvis live. This surreal, bustling metropolis is a major center of activity on the island and is often frequented by Myths as human technology is very popular among many of them (though some Myths despise it as well).

The Burning Blossoms:

A large forest of tree's with leaves of fire. The forest floor is devoid of other plant life and it has a permanent carpet of soot. Between the extreme heat and suffocating lack of oxygen humans and many supernatural beings cannot enter this forest without special equipment. Home to a very powerful and immortal creature: the Phoenix. At night, when the Pheonix rests, the fires calm and the forest become accessible.

The Faerie's Fountain:

The Cursed Lake:

An ancient lake where water myths reside. This location is so ancient and old that a legendary myth lives here. The Bone Leviathan, an Cryptid monster that lives beneath the water and does not come up unless invoked by a powerful person. The Leviathan is capable of swiming by using the supernatural magic that the lake pulses. Presently, the lake is cursed by the corruption of the Fade. Those who stare at their images being reflected at the lake for time enough, will be sent to the Fade. Unable to come back without the help of someone with magical skills. This area is very dangerous, since almost all myths that reside in here are violent and will stop at nothing to kill trespassers.

Searea: The City of Mages

The City of Mages lies floating in the skies above En Corvis, suspended in mid air by the powerful magics of the great king of the Mages. With all the buildings floating in the air the layout of the city is constantly shifting at the whims of the king. With the power of flight being among the most basic of Mage level magic little attention is spent on safety in the city as almost none of the Mages need to worry about falling off.

The purpose of a Mage is the pursuit of knowledge and as such the city is comprised almost entirely of libraries that are full of grimoires and ancient texts, laboratories where that Mages experiment and discover new magics every day, and schools where elder scholars pass down their knowledge to the budding young Sorcerers and Witches.

Front page rough draft: (Fucking writers block)(Still working on it)

Welcome to En Corvis, a surreal and fantastic place where Humans coexist with countless types of supernatural, demonic, divine, and any other kind of mythological creature you could think of, often referred to by the Humans as "Myths". Between the two exists a delicate balance. Through both diplomacy and displays of power both the Myth clans and Humans have managed to avoid any major conflicts or wars for the past thousand years and its gotten to point where both Myths and Humans can freely visit each others settlements. Many of such settlements exist across the island to the advanced and dreamlike Human city of Alteia, to Searea the floating city of Mages to the hidden Faerie's Fountain and the reclusive Kurama Tengu clans fortress deep in the snowy mountains.

But now, for the first time, something evil threatens both the Humans and the Myths, something much worse than any war: the Corruption and its servants leaking into the real world from the Raw Fade, the land of the dead that exists parallel to En Corvis. The Corruption is seeping into the real world and creating vengeful spirits that act purely on instinct and indiscriminately attack Humans and Myths alike. Through the combined effort of the Humans, Mages, and Myth clans like the Tengu, Faeries, and Cat Sith the damage done by the corruption has been kept to a bare minimum for now. But with the corruption spreading in the Raw Fade who knows what might happen in the future.

Well then, that should be enough to set you on your way... whats that? Still have some questions eh? Haha, well then come to Saya, my shrine, I'll answer any questions questions you might have there. Oh, and once again... Welcome, to the Island of En Corvis.
