| rogash shakes his head, I can try to guess but there's so many reasons I probly don't know half of them, |
| Chiyo The idea of this war is absurd to me... I've heard.many people say I'm for the war myself. So I'm hear in hope to discuss our issues here. Wishing to leave with peace between our kingdoms, rather then an upcoming war. |

| Chiyo *stays calm abd watches rogash bark* I, did nothing. In fact, no one did, my husband made an order out of anger while I was on my trip. Both me and my daughter Yuki have both been trying to clear the confusion and stop the tension. The order my husband made has been stopped and the messangers you sent have been killed by guards who are blood thirsty, or refuse to listen, I've decided to take my own action and kill any guard of mine who refuses to listen to the new order. Both me and you want peace, but I think something can be done. |

| Chiyo My demands? No more war between the dragons and nekos, dragons and nekos can enter eachother's kingdoms freely. And as far as rouges go, the two kingdoms will disscuss and decide what is done with them before any action is taken as issues with rouge nekos and dragons do arise from time to time. The rouges would be held in a jail cell until conclusions were made. |
| rogahs thinks for a while then speaks, if I accept those terms 30% of all nekos entering my Kingdome will attempt some type of moderate to large act agents my rule and my people, as for my people its only a 15% chance that such will occur, and if I am to imprison all nekos and my own dragons in my kingdome that attack you until we meat to discuss what to do with them that will triple the amount of prisoners I have at any given time, as well as so far our schedule of meeting is nonexistent to say the least, |
| Chiyo I'm sure it's less then 30 percent of nekos would act against you. there will be rouges though, if your alright with just killing them, then I would do that. Only the dragons that attack the royal family or villages with no reason of course. At the least, I want this war called off. If any of your dragons did something, the least I would do is report it, and then see how things would be handled then. |
| rogahs thinks, fine I accept your terms i'm allowed to handle the rouges in my kingdom as I see fit and you will alert me of the dragon rouges in your Kingdome, I will begin recalling all my operatives from your Kingdome later today, i'm glad we could reach if only a temporary truce, to this war, |
| Chiyo Thank you Rogash. I'm happy we did this, but if you do come across any neko rouges, could you please let ne know? Through a messanger would be fine, but I would like to kill them myself if killing is necessary. |
