Yeah i found it thanks both of you, that was quite a few extra pages they added in compared to the original release. Are there any other Railgun chapters you know of that were expanded in the later releases like this one? I hate missing stuff like that no matter how small it bugs me to no end.

Also Manga traders is very slow dont know why.

Finally got to watch the episode. The use of 'stand still' instead of 'Grow Slowly' as the ED for the episode was well done.

So, it seems like JC Staff is starting the Accelerator flashback early. Interesting move. I'll wait to see how that plays out.

About everyone who is going up in arms about what Accelerator was chewing, Accelerator chewed the human finger right before his fight with 10032. NOT right after his fight with 10030 (which is the one that died in this episode).

Accelerator’s eyes narrowed. He chewed on something in his mouth with a look like he was fed up with something. It was like he was chewing on a piece of gum that had lost its sweetness.
“? Are you eating something? asks Misaka.”
“Yeah, a finger,” Accelerator said casually as he spat the object in his mouth out to the side.
The piece of meat was all chewed up and had saliva all over it, but the general shape of a girl’s narrow fingertip could just barely still be seen.
“Since I had the chance, I thought I’d borrow it, but human flesh isn’t all that great. I’d heard that fingers didn’t have much fat and that it tasted a bit sour, but it’s not even that. You bite into it and you can feel all these narrow bundles being torn apart. It’s fucking horrible. I guess we just didn’t evolve to be eaten like pigs or cows.”
Accelerator wiped his lips with his arm as if to wipe away the flavor in his mouth.
But Misaka Imouto’s expression did not change even slightly upon hearing that.
“Normally, pork or beef has the blood removed and the flavor improved with salt and other spices, advises Misaka. Is the distinction between raw meat and cooked meat due to the changes in the proteins created by heating bringing an error into your testing? asks Misaka giving her view on the situation.”
“Is that so?” said Accelerator sounding fed up with the entire thing.

I... Am not actually too sure why is it that people like him so much. In the Anime at least, he is terrible, generic and cursed with the "Yuki Rito Syndrome". But in the manga, where I am able to see a ot of his thoughts, he is slightly better, not too sure why some peeps fangasm over him though.

IMO he is more like a combination of Yuki Rito(about 20%) and Emiya Shirou(80%).

Touma kind of has the perfect balance. He has a power of absolute negation, though not too much I wuould say, it puts him in a position where he can "possibly" beat anyone, but would be difficulty in doing. Though if I had a power, it would be his, but I can negate through empty air, and I can steal the ability + Level of the people I touch.

If by reboot, you mean a full uncut completely faithful adaptation of the first two seasons, I completely agree. However, re-animating the first two seasons completely without cutting anything would be like 60+ episodes. While I would love to see that, Index needs its season 3 much more. English Civil War FTW!
