Woah! This chapter progressed the plotline way too fast for my tastes.

I am disappointed...one of my favorite mangaka too...the ending was incredibly abrupt, it literally came out of nowhere (okay not really) but there was little (real) development between Azami and the sensei for me to believe that he would just, after not seeing her fore like 3 years, ask her to get married? Am I reading this right? She's 16 o_o

It is legal for a woman to marry if she is age 16 or older in Japan. For men its age 18 or older. Minors need the consent of at least one parent to marry. Azami sister signed the papers because she can be seen as a legal Guardian.

Yeah, the ending really disappointed me. Aforementioned, there was little development between the two of them, so to suddenly get married out of the blue was a little much. The ending was way too rushed for my tastes.

When I read the first chapters of this like 2 years ago I thought I found th TxS to end all TxS but now I feel so let down. And yeah I thought she was in college. I guess she skipped high school and went to some trade school? I think I remember reading in a manga something like was possible

rushed ending... They got married just like that. I liked the female lead but I think, she should have given up on him. Well, a good read I guess.

Yeah, the ending was rushed.
BUT, mean it or not, we all love how they got married and all. I mean, most of the manga just ended after the confession from the guy or girl.

9/10 for me.
I just felt sorry for the big sister.

Very poor ending . . . And kind of . . . So she marries her sister's ex-lover right in front of her on her deathbed . . . =/, not sure I would be okay with that if I was the older sister. But yeah, anyways, super rushed.

I think it would have been more meaningful if she took Sensei's words to heart & decided to become a nurse. And after all her studies, maybe she'd be married, and she'd encounter her Sensei once more and they'd smile and walk past each other. It would hit home the message that "you can't live for love alone."
