| Aki looks down mentally cursing to herself that she was heard by Masaru. She then looks up at him. "I don't know what to do. Neither Zero nor you listen to me. Am I...am I a horriable person or am I a horriable Mistress?" Aki was already walking around her room and not even noticing that she had moved away from the door. |

| "I hardly listen to anyone. You claimed that you read the information about me so that much shouldn't surprise. But getting him to do what you say shouldn't be that hard, he's not that strong willed." Masaru told her. He then sighed and scratched the back of his head. "I guess... I can do some stuff for you as long as you aren't looking down on me." He thought Why the hell did I give in to her? "So what do you want me to do? I'm a decent cook." |

| Aki sat down against the wall and put her head against her knees. "To tell you the truth, I never read your information, I just looked at your name, age, and pictures..." She then didn't speak for a few moments. Aki doesn't look up, but finally talks. "Sure... you can cook if you want." |

| Masaru sighed and walked in the room. He kneeled in front of her so they were at equal level. "I don't understand why you're upset. Why not just make him do what you want? Besides, he was so willing to be your lapdog before, I don't know why anything changed now." |

| Aki still doesn't look up at Masaru. "I don't know... he's changed." Her eyes seemed to lose the will to live, so to say, and her voice becomes very monotone. "Neither one of you has to waste time worring about me anymore. I don't deserve it." |

| Masaru grabbed the top of her head and forced her to look into his eyes. "Stop talking like that. As annoying as you were when I got here, I'm not going to let anyone become like me." Though his words were meant to be somewhat comforting, his cold eyes and voice made it sound pretty harsh. |

| "Why not?" Aki asked still monotone. |
|
| "Because, you don't want to be like me. There's little difference between me and a demon. Everyone hates you and is afraid of you. You're always a target to be killed..." Masaru then paused and sighed before letting go of her head. "Forget it. I'm doing the exact opposite by trying to help you." |

| Aki pulled her legs closer to her chest. "A demon?" She asked a little fear in her voice this time. |
|
| "Yes a demon." Masaru stated. "How many people do you know are desensitized to death completely? Let alone my age." |

| She shook her head. "I-I don't know." |
|
| "Then do you really want to end up like me? If he made you mad go talk to him about it." Masaru said calmly. |

| She shook her head again. "No..." Saya then thought about the second thing Masaru said. "He didn't make me mad... I think I made him mad." |
|
| "So? Still has the same solution. Go talk to him." Masaru stated bluntly. |
|
| Aki slowly stood up and started to walk to the door. |

| Seeing as she was taking his advice he stood up, shoved his hands in his pockets and walked past them heading for the library. |
