| Malea looks over and sees Aiok sleeping looking stupid. *walks over to Aiok and kicks him* "WAKE UP AIOK!!!~♥" |

| "AIIIY!" *jumps in a bolt and unmutes ears* "Oh its you. I was in the middle of a nice nap..." Looks a bit sad. |

| Malea gets bored and decides to follow him. |

| Adaia walks along the lakeside, frantically looking around. "Plutoooo? Plutoooo?! Where are you, buddy?" She continues her search. |

| Nioniel strides out into the field near the lakeside, glancing up at the sky. He then looks back down, noticing Adaia searching for her cat. He gives a wave in her direction, taking a seat on the ground after he sets down a large blanket over the grass to sit on. |

| She notices Nioniel and waves back. Adaia sits on the blanket near him. "Fancy seeing you here. I'm guessing you planned on sitting out here for a while if you brought the blanket." She smiles kindly. |

| Nioniel smiles as she takes a seat, setting a basket down on the blanket that wasn't visible from the distance she had previously saw him at. "You guessed right. You get a cookie... Or whatever it is that I packed with me for my little picnic meditation." He reached into the basket, shifting the covering cloth that encased the food within. Nio retrieved his hand, which now held a white chocolate chip cookie, offering it in Adaia's direction. |

| Adaia stares at the cookie with awe in her eyes, takes the cookie from Nio's hand and takes a big bite of it, consuming about half of it. "Ahhh~ I haven't had a cookie in years. Thank you!" She smiles appreciatively with a few crumbs around her lips, before eating the rest. "So you were going to meditate out here?" |

| He nodded affirmatively as he retrieved an oatmeal raisin cookie for himself from the basket, devouring it swiftly. "Among other things. Yes." He assumes a cross-legged pose similar to that of a spiritual leader of sorts would. Resting his hands calmly on his knees. "I call it power-meditation. It's how I develop a keen control over my powers, rather than letting them be sporadic and poorly-controlled. A lot of students here find their own way to train their powers, this was the way I came up with." |

| "I just practice by lifting and throwing things. Whether to gain more finesse with my powers or more strength. Pluto knows firsthand; he doesn't even mind anymore when I make him float." She giggles at the memory. |

| He nodded sagely as she spoke, his eyes half closed in thought. "That seems like fair practice. I'm sure Pluto doesn't mind either. Have you ever thought about how your power can be manipulated though? Sometimes we conclude things only take a certain shape. But what if your power wasn't just a shape you were used to...? What if it was something you had the power to mold into what you wanted?" With that statement, his eyes close and he now seems to be deeper in thought. |

| Adaia contemplates his question, leaving a long silence before she speaks again. "Well, as long as I lift the majority of the matter, in theory, I figure I can handle it if it changes form, then I as I notice the shift in weight, I can adjust. I've never come across that issue before, but I suppose that's something I should probably prepare for in the future." She closes her eyes as well to simulate a situation like that in her mind. |

| He smiles as he continues meditating. "It's thoughts like these that help our power grow. That's why I meditate." As he sat there, motionless, his form began to emit a dull light, the bright golden energy of his magicks welled up in each of his eyes like tears. The energy began to run down freely, suddenly turning and weaving in differing directions to make a complex pattern across his features. His arms also began exhibiting a strange pattern of the golden energy traced across them. As soon as his energies had finished covering his skin in a strange network of lines, corners and curves, they stopped. The pattern remaining there indefinitely, glowing warmly from the outside. Nio let out a long breath as if he had been holding it in the entire time. |

| Adaa stares curiously as Nioniel began to glow and watched as the lights in his skin dimmed. She sat there in awe until he exhaled. "Well, that's something you don't see everyday.. well, maybe you do. But I sure don't. Maybe I should carry around some sunglasses when I hang out with you form now on." |

| He smiled warmly, his eyes staying closed as he thought inwardly. "I suppose it isn't. We'll get you some one hundred percent UV protection ones, just in case I'm too bright for you." He remarks with a mild smirk. The pattern of energies on his body starts to shift, little changes happening here and there. It looks like a maze that constantly manipulates itself. A corner one second may be a hallway the next, or a curve may become a straight line and connect somewhere differently than before. The design was changing everywhere on him. Slowly, very slowly, but still changing. |

| She smirks back. "Oh, nice pun." Adaia chuckles. "I wonder where we could even find some around here, but it's worth looking into." She waits patiently and watches as the subtle patterns change, curious how they will look in the end. ((The lights in Nio's skin with curves and whatever are reminding me of Fenris from DA2. That's why I asked if you've played it. Lol)) |

| Nio grins wider at her remark. The light-etchings on his skin continuing to go about their randomized ways as he talks. "I had a pair myself, but I hardly need them usually. The student market probably has some for anyone who didn't bring a pair themselves." (( Ahhh I see. I hadn't even thought about that before. I supppose it's a lot more intricate than Fenris' designs. And more encompassing. But yeah, kinda similar I guess. :o )) |

| "I'll try and find some next time I pass by there. I should probably get some more supplies anyways since I don't even have a pencil or paper." She tries to quietly laugh off her own embarrassment of her lack of readiness for school. Then she notices Nio's eyes are still closed, so she sneaks her hand into his picnic basket and steals a cookie. |

| Nioniel smiles, nodding gently as his eyes finally open. "That may be a pretty good idea. Almost as good as asking people before you steal their food." He smirks, fetching a cookie for himself from inside the basket. As he savors it, the golden mazework across his skin slowly deconstructs itself, as if it were a building being disassembled. After a minute or so, the light has all but faded from existence, the last vestiges of it being absorbed back into Nio's tear ducts. |

| Adaia shoves the cookie in her mouth. "What are you talking about?" It is obvious that her mouth is full and there are crumbs around her mouth, yet again. She gives a sly smile, knowing her actions were obvious. |

| Nio smirks at her antics. "You know, if you're really hungry I have actual food in that basket, not just sweets. Are you hungry..?" |

| Her eyes widen as she nods her head. "I've been looking for Pluto all day so I hadn't really even realized I was hungry until now." |

| Aki walks down to the lake with her sunglasses on and her sword in her left hand. She then sees a couple of students standing about twenty meters away. Aki decides not to interfear and walks five more meters away from then and then sat down on a rock and looks at the lake. |

| Nio shook his head, giving her a chastising glance. Looking over ant noticing Aki standing a good distance away. "Forgetting to eat isn't good. It's important." He reached into the basket, pulling out two generously-packed sandwiches wrapped in brown paper, setting them on the clean blanket. "Would you like one? Pluto may come running sooner or later, I'd bet." |

| She gladly takes the sandwich and smiles appreciatively. "I appreciate it, Nio-chan. And I sure hope he does. He's probably just exploring the school; it is a pretty big campus." She starts nibbling at her sandwich, eating the crust first. |

| Aki lays her sword beside her; she was glad that she had found a smooth rock to sit on because it was also long enough for her to lean back on. Moving her arms behind her head Aki leans back, her sword still in reach. |

| Nio digs into his sandwich too, watching Aki from the corner of his vision curiously. "I hope you like it, it's turkey with lettuce and cranberry sauce." It certainly seems like an odd sort of sandwich, but the flavors mesh nicely, it tastes like thanksgiving dinner, but in a sandwich. |

| After finishing off the crusts, she bites into the actual sandwich. "Mmm.." She gives a thumbs-up. "This is pretty good. I've never had cranberry sauce on a sandwich before, but it's better than I would have expected." She notices him looking at something, so she looks over her shoulder to see Aki. Then she turns back to Nio. "Hmm.. I would wave invite her over here, but I'm not entirely sure if she wants to be disturbed." Adaia takes another bite of the sandwich. |

| Aki was too lost in her gaze at the lake to notice the two students looking at her. She just laid on the rock and enjoyed the breeze. |

| Nio smiled as she commented on the sandwich. "It took hours of painstaking thought processes to construct that sandwich recipe. But it's my favorite type of sandwich now..." He nods in the direction Adaia was looking, understanding her meaning. "I agree. It seems strange to go somewhere and not talk to the people there right away, but maybe that's their meditation." |

| Appears seeing three students. Moves to a place where they won't notice him. "Nap time" Snores in his hideout. |

| Adaia chuckles. "It look you 'painstaking' hours to come up with a recipe that only has 4 ingredients, if you include the bread? Well.. at least it came out good." She takes another bite of her sandwich. Then she nods in agreement while chewing. "Yeah, you're probably right." |

| Aki looks out of the corner of her eye and sees another student appear. She pretends she didn't notice him and continues to look at the lake. |

| He laughs lightly at the prospect. "I suppose, it was more along the lines of coming up with something that would taste like what I had envisioned. I wanted something that tasted like thanksgiving. Without cooking an entire feast for over four hours." He finished off his sandwich with a satisfyingly crunchy bite, obviously aided by the fresh lettuce in it. |

| Adaia, being a generally slow eater is still nibbling on her sandwich and is only about 3/4 done. She then notices movement in the tree and looks up to see Pluto climbing down. "Pluto! Is that where you've been all this time?" |

| Malea ran into the lakeside screaming, then triped over Aiok. "Oow!... Aiok, you dumb ass...." she started to rub her head were a bump was forming. |

| "Uhm, yeah Im okay.. just watch were your sleeping next time!" She pouted. |

| "Hmmmm," she thinks for a moment. "I dunno whats a fun place to hang out here?" |

| "I don't know. Great, I woke up here for no place to go." Finds a nearby tree and rests his back to sleep again. |
