How do you count the chapters?

How do you count the chapters? Should I just count those that are actually called Chapter 1,2,3 etc.
or the X.5 & Intermissions aswell?

there is one story here, by the looks of it, and the intermissions are just that I guess, they don't count?

Intermissions are not counted, I guess? Coz they're really short?

Just follow the 1,2,3,4 etc whole numbers.
