| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So we get introduced to Kyouko's Imouto who calls her Onee-sama. I'm guessing they had some issues in the past but need subs to confirm. At the end of this episode, a mysterious person who drives a Delorean(?) comes up and confronts the group. |

| I know they parodied Saint Seiya in ep1 and Sailor Moon in ep2 but I have no idea what series they were trying to parody this time around. Anyways that blackmail in the end was pretty cruel but oh well Kyouko is pretty bitchy after all. |
| So this week it's a Tokusatsu parody huh, didn't expected that. The narrator, alien invasion plot, giant fight and BGMs made me think of Kidou Keiji Jiban or the original Ultraman, though there's too many Tokusatsu series to know which one it was parodying. Izumiko is so cute, wonder if she couldn't recognize Noya because he was crossdressing... also Kanamori ended up being naked again. Poor girl. |

The other groups(I've seen at least say this) are waiting until the BDs to come out because they feel 360p is "beneath them". I am thankful for Staircase for doing us the service of fansubbing this series. Hey, if one of those 8 groups that are subbing KoiChoco did this series, then I'd be thrilled. But Staircase is the only game in town with this. Checking their websites, they have translation and timing done for Episodes 3, 4 and 5. I hope the typesetting and QC for Episode 3 can be finished soon, but Staircase will release it when it's ready. If you don't like that, convince some other fansub group to do it for you. |

| Again a pretty hectic episode. I liked the sister tho. And despite the things she was saying about her older sister she still called her ones same suggesting that has respect for her despite her strange behaviour not to mention that it looked like she cared allot for her. It was also nice to see some of the reactions of the little sister at her older sisters behaviour. |
| I didn't really enjoy this episode. There were a few moments that I laughed, but it was less than average. Episode 2 was the best so far. |
| Glad that episodes 3, 4 and 5 came out within a few days of each other. Izumiko is an interesting character. She seems to really like her chemistry(and maybe her older sister does like it a little too.). Liked how they got the Sirius mention in there. The brawl in the miniature city was nicely done too. Cliffhanger ending with weird guy with a car. Was there a Prefectural Earth Defense Force reference (do the Japanese use the British spelling of "Defence" or was that because Staircase is Australian).? |
