The flashbacks also show his abilities to be far superior... If you ask me, he's more powerful than he even realizes. As said in 'Sousei no Aquarion' ... | why is this manga monthly its actually really good and needs to be weekly. I suspect Tatsuya is far stronger than his sister so strong infact he could be considered a monster. if his theoretical skill are the highest i wouldn't doubt his practical skills match but for some reason his practical skills are being suppressed. I think something will happen soon that will cause his practical abilities to awaken. |

| Lol Miyuki really wanted what Tatsuya joked about to be true. Their relationship is so nice to see. Every time Tatsuya does something with his powers, it just makes me wonder more about his hidden secret. This student council group looks great, all the chars here looks very interesting. |

Edit: If you can improve your physical abilities with magic and read your opponent to a T, you don't need instantaneous or quick magic, all you need to do is take out the caster before they have a chance to cast a second spell ;) |

| For a moment there I thought Miyuki's brocon powers will save the day, but in the end he is still barred from joining the Student Council. The Moral Committee, on the other hand, has other plans for him. Tatsuya joining could be a good thing, because then he can become the representative of the Course 2 students, and prevent any biased rulings against them. |

| The introduction's of the student councils, lucky that Tetsuya gets to sit with them... Lol they don't like there nicknames huh. Such a smooth talker he has being to nice to her sister though XD. Miyuki then force him to be in a public moral committee, surprising for him. The introduction to the Vice-President, he doesn't look very happy... |
