Should i watch this?

Lots of people suggest to watch this, but at the same time lots of people say they hate the ending?

I love romance but i hate sad endings ... without spoiling too much does this have a happy ending?

do people hate the ending because it is sad? or is it because its a harem and the girl they liked didn't get the guy?

or is it really just a bad ending ... o.o

Ancient thread but I figured I'd give my .02, just in case others browse this forum with the same question.

It's nowhere near a masterpiece. It has a few compelling characters (and one outstanding one), but its plot is messy messy messy. It's amazing to me how unfocused it managed to be in some areas when it only has 13 episodes to work with.

The ending pissed off a lot of people not just because it was weak (and it was), but due to a number of false cues planted even near the story's end. Even if I had been a fan of the character who "wins" (and I really didn't feel the outcome benefited anybody in the entire show, with the exception of a separate pair whose arc had already pretty much been resolved), I think the ending would have felt pretty hollow.

There are three stories told in this show. Two of them are interesting and the other one takes up the lion's share of the running time.

Whether you should watch it depends on if you're willing to sit through mush to see some bright spots...or if skipping most of a show you're watching doesn't bother you.
