| Tomoya’s friend(?)… candidate for friend of the year… At first I thought he was a ghost of a boy who died there or something... I was on the verge of freaking out (possible sad or bittersweet end) but with the coma angle gave me some hope for the girl... I think he will remember in time… If she talks to him and tells him more about it, the memories will start to come back. It'll probably be just like trying to remember a long dream that he had sometime earlier in the night, but he fell back asleep and by morning he forgot it. The ocean's pretty deep and it might take a while for the memories he's fishing for to surface but by what the author showed me I think he subconsciously is reenacting all of their conversation even seeking all the same scenarios. So, I think even if he is not able to regain his memories the newer ones are going to be sweeter than the old ones, because now they are able to touch and feel each other warmth . On a side note: Of all of the manga that I have read over my entire lifespan this is the only one that the girl was the one who gave the guy a ride… it was pretty amusing to see… |
