Ha, I love Asuka and her Engrish.
It's sad to see that Doremi was separated, but I like how it's like... something that would happen in reality.

Nami Miyahara's English is almost perfect, so it's not really Engrish. That's what makes Momoko actually unique; they bothered to do the foreign language correctly.

I'm a little disappointed that they've got the plot of this series revolving around magical tests yet again. I hope the final series breaks out of that mold.

How lovely, now they run a sweets shop! I'm liking Momo this far (: I hope these series are good like the previous Ojamajo Doremi

Oh, that was definitively surprising. I was expecting her to begin speaking in Engrish and instead we got an almost perfect English. It's pretty obvious when a seiyuu has studied overseas, because I really doubt anyone can get that good at English solely studying in Japan.

I never found anything wrong with the tests in either of the past seasons to be honest. What really disappointed me was that they got new classmates. I really like this series, but even I struggled a lot when the producers decided that each classmate must had an arc solely dedicated to them, since those episodes were almost always either really boring or annoying. Now, with a class full of new classmates, I fear that a whole new dozen of those kind of episodes are unavoidable.

And that was something I actually really liked in Doremi. These shows usually feature non-recurring characters of the week, and Doremi kinda put a twist on that formula by making EVERY character of the week a recurring character (in form of a classmate). This way it kinda makes you more attached to them as you see them every now and then, be it a one line or just appearance. It makes you care about them unlike the characters of the week in shows like Sailor Moon, where you know they won't appear again so I couldn't give a damn about them as they were merely plot devices for the fight of the week.

I like how some time passed between the ending of Sharp and beginning of Motto, unlike Sharp that started just little after end of season one. I think that it makes much more sense that the Queen helped them now than in Sharp, since after the finale of Sharp, who wouldn't do everything in their might to help them.

Momoko looks like a good addition to the show, and I hope we get some really good episode about her adapting to the class, country and language. It has a lot of potential and I hope I'm not expecting too much.

I was having trouble being interested in sharp. I thought it was maybe the numerous baby exams, but it might have also been that the series has been long overdue for a yellow. I really was missing a proper new magical girl in the series.
