THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
The second Hana-chan cried out "Mama", my eyes started watering.
That painful moment in the last episode from last season erupted from within me and I had to relive it all.

Parent-child stories such as these are so touching.

And except for that scene, this whole episode was pretty bland. They need to make the scones, they get taught to make the scones and presto; their political problem is 1/6 solved.

And while it's true that there were less people 200 years ago, a place like London being deserted like that is silly. There were almost a million people living in London in 1801.

This episode was alright. Too bad that Doremi called Hana at the end, she just made her sad ):

That's only true if the world in which Doremi takes place is the same as ours, which is obviously not the case. I thought that was pretty obvious, especially when last season they revealed that not so long ago, humans and witches lived in harmony. If that was our world, they would be talking about witches being tortured and burned to death by the church.

It's not like they said it was them center of London. It could have been a less populated area.

Poor Hana, stupid Doremi making her cry, only made her whole situation worse ;_;
But I guess because of that, Hana will join them again in the next episode.

I don't know what to think about the exams though. Will decide based on the second exam. I kinda expected it to turn out that it was love that made the scones taste good, not the actual receipt.

"Your sight, my delight. Will you marry me?"
