Are they a reference to periods? or is it just me thinking its a coincidence that she loses blood once a month?

lol thats just what i thought when she first said "its that time of month again." I don't think it is but it might be. It would be kind of weird if it was.

I have done, it's just the way she says it happens once a month under normal circumstances.

Yeah, they are some obvious reference to periods. Even in manga Karin says she has her days once a month. And Usui-kun is just a magnet that makes it happen sooner.

Then, on the other hand, there is also regular moon period and it could be tied to full moon or moon eclipse.
