I just finished watching this series and i must admit i remember watching it long time ago (maybe parts of it maybe whole series) but it's like a very deep mist somewhere deep inside my head. Now as almost 33 years old guy i can only write this about Mysterious Cities of Gold: IT WAS TRULY WONDERFUL ADVENTURE. Classic anime.

I actually never saw this when I was a kid, in fact I wasn't even born when this aired, but this was a pretty good series, the soundtrack sounded very unique, and I really enjoyed the setting and characters, even the Olmec's were better handled than I thought there'd be.

I can see why season 2 was made though the ending was pretty open, hopefully that's gonna be subbed or dubbed at some point.
