From what I remember, since it's been years when I actually watched this, I recall that Makoto asked help from his friend, Sekai, to ask out Kotonoha, and then with other things to maintain the relationship. Sekai used that chance, because she at this time had a crush on him, to make him feel his sexual advances were "ok" and, being the idiot he was, he misunderstood her intentions that it's "ok" to have sex with any girl that wants you, which, being the popular guy he was, almost every girl did want him. Sekai, instead of trying to fix her mistake by creating a sex deviant, and by this point he already forgot about his past crush on Kotonoha, and Sekai already forgot about her too, cause she's a bitch, fakes a pregnancy to force him in a relationship with only her, and when he still denies her and the pregnancy, she kills him.
Sekai should've backed off from Makoto when he told her about his feelings for Kotonoha, and especially when she knew they were already in a relationship. Before he confessed he was just an innocent, oblivious, average guy, and after Sekai started "helping" him, he became a careless sex addict. |
