| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- The introduction isn't too bad, we get to know some of the characters and the graduation exams are taking place. Teito did well in the exam against his opponent but he was too soft which Ayanami then proceeds to kill the prisoner himself. Teito actually got arrested for trying to attack Ayanami and Mikage help him to escape. |

Teito and Mikage's relationship is so sweet. i was shocked that it picked up so fast, didn't expect Teito to loose it all like that. it was exciting, can't wait to see hats next for teito. |

| I've seen the anime like years ago so I don't remember much about everything but this chapter seems faithful with the start of the exam. It looks like they also introduced the majority of the main cast too. Those military uniforms are just something though but hopefully the story will move forward with the premise it has set up. Neat start. |

| This was an interesting introduction. Reminds me of D.Gray-man and Pandora Hearts quite a bit. We’ll see how this goes. I sampled the first 4 chapters a while ago alongside Karneval (which is garbage, worst ongoing manga at the moment), and liked it, so it’s time to read the manga completely for me now. |
