| Now I have been wanting to join this club AFTER I saw the Greg Ayres anime Detour 2008 panel recently. And I wanted to present an idea of how as a fan I can do more than just buy the anime DVDs. I noticed on Youtube, when people watch videos of anime DVD collections, they end up SO wowed that they want to start collecting themselves! So I figured I could lead by example and collect anime DVDs also. Not just that, but I also want to show every once in a while updates of my anime DVD collection and ask the viewers what's the next DVD I should buy by doing a poll or something. And in those videos I would present maybe the condition of the anime industry, fun facts that would be interesting to know from either the english or Japanese audio and stuff like that. I just thought about this stuff recently so I'm still in the processing stage. But let me know what you guys think, and for those of you that are not sure what I'm talking about here are some examples of what I'm referring to: And that's just 1/3 of the collection! @_@ |
