| Did this chapter contradict the end of chapter 1 in a way? In chapter 1 Mika was upset she couldn't work at the cafe while in high school, then during a glimpse of the future, she's shown to be working at the cafe, which means she's not in high school anymore. And during the glimpse she's showing romantic interest in the cafe owner, which in chapter 8 it was revealed she wasn't interested in the cafe owner romantically after all. Though I guess their little banter in the futureflash could have just been them joking around, but I always thought it was serious until reading chapter 8. |
