| Wow, that was a Dramatic Interp level of "ouch". Though this really might be also largely due to Kanau's unrealistic expectations as Kouta's crappy parenting. She was expecting the perfect father, which, as the manga itself shows from the parent-meeting chapter, is never actually the case. |

| he's useless. it's hard to feel any degree of sympathy for him right now, but i'm sure he'll do SOMETHING to make up for it. it's just hard to imagine what could make up for such a huge failure. |
| Damn one dramatic moment when Kanau reached for that picture. She definitely built up an ideal image of what she expected her father to be. For a long time that picture really did represent her father so no wonder in a difficult moment and when delirious she reached for that instead of the one who wasn't there when she needed him. |
