New series of Area no Kishi is in the chart for spring season. I suppose this has to be season 2 then. This is just so awesome, im really excited its coming back after all

That's a fake chart, we've already seen it around. We haven't heard news about any of those except for two.

This football anime needs a season 2! I really hate when they do sports anime and leave it hanging unfinished just when the show and viewers were getting exciting!

I'm watching it. I shouldn't have come to this topic, now I think the ending will be a cliffhanger, I hate those...

i want to see nana-san :( this girl is like my best female MC in all the animes i've watched, it has very good charisma, firm, finess, clever, beautiful, what can you ask more ?

Still haven't heard about a second season, and we're nearing on two years since finish. Something tells me this isn't going to happen unless we get lucky (I hesitate to say, given the quality of the second season) like with Moyashimon.

And to make it worse, there isn't any english version of the manga either. There isn't any official release, and fan translation group is stuck far behind anime, so unless you know japanese you won't be able to follow the story any further :/

yeah that what i observed, i come just to finish the series of 37 episodes, and was pretty depressive to learn that the manga translation, even 2 years after the anime is still behind it? like seriously? Area no kishi deserve some love honestly..... im a french canadian, i was even ready to read manga in english like i do sometime, but was wonder to see this, very sad, because its a big cliffhanger.....

It's almost a long time since March 29, 2017 End of the Manga Series.

The reason why Area no Kishi hasn't animated the sequel is because of this reasons:

1. Because of the Chapter and Episode where the MC has a chance to represent Japan in U-16 was dragged down. Where he didn't get another chance to prove himself to represent it, the citizens lost interest quickly.

2. Lack of Fund- Likewise, due to lack of interest. Few people acknowledge the credibility of the story.

3. The MC is so pussy, he is only relying to the ability of his brother and never intended to do what he must as the main character.

4. Only U-22 is the part where is become a World Class soccer, SUCKS! That was the only thing comes from the mind of other readers. Basically, the author makes the other characters like Nana-chan and Mai-chan surpassed him. The girls becomes a representatives of U-16, U17 - U-22. More U's than the worthless MC.

Sighed, don't expect me to change my views and the other readers. I only stated the truth.

area no kishi is too good show i love it,its very good show in my life,i am not able to forget this, l watched all episode on youtube,i cant watch in tv because our indian brodcater not brodcast this show, iam very sad but happy to see on youtube all episode, if writter make season2 i bet he earn more money with this, thanks area no kishi writter and artist or all the team for giving this type anime show, i feel very happy icant say anymore i have no any word to say,thank you very much.

Hey Guys.If there's any way to revive this Anime to a new Season,Then I am in.It was really good for A Sports Manga.I mean There's many Bad Mangas that are getting many seasons & adaption which is not fair.
