| Well, as a fan who basically lives and breathes FF7, this was just too pleasing. It was really nice getting many different short stories from different characters' points of view. In "Case of Tifa" specifically we get to see the events prior to Advent Children which set the tone on the relationship between Cloud/Tifa along with Denzel, Marlene and Barret. We got to see what some of the Avalanche members were doing to keep themselves busy in the other ones. Rufus's "survival" was explained and we get to see the Turks in action too. Of course, we get to see Aerith's and Sephiroth's struggle within the Lifestream (through their thoughts). All in all, this was like a kiss on the cheek for an FF7 fan like myself. Definitely going to read them again from time-to-time. |

| This is a really good light novel. It provides background for the characters right after FFVII and is a good lead up to Advent Children. I especially liked Case of Tifa and Barret. Really wish it would've have gotten an english release so I could own a physical copy. Oh, and happy 20th anniversary to FFVII tomorrow. :) |
