| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I’m watching the series in the edited form used for Robotech. Because Robotech added one episode to the series I will not count the first Robotech epsido as episode one due to it mainly being a flashback so this page is for Robotech episode 2. I feel sorry for whoever has Dana as their commanding officer. |

| This is legit amazing. At least, it's far from what I expected, since the description seemed quite dull. Here we have a fluid introduction of a diverse cast of characters, who all appear very lively, as well as setup for the universe done in a rather natural way. There's no info dump, we are just pulled straight into action and daily life of these people. It's only 1st episode but I'm already invested. Also, there's someone with a name Bowie, omg, I guess that's just 80s for you. Speaking of which, I really liked the music and art. Some animation shots look so cool, not something you’d normally see nowadays. |
