Most (including myself) take them to be the next reincarnations of Ryuuya and Kanna, and that they can be together without Kanna being really sick demonstrates how after 1000 summers, the curse that was haunting Kanna (and her reincarnations) is finally gone. |

Also I didn't think that someone can be reincarnated into two people in the same lifetime. |

Misuzu's goal break that chain in the end, and the two kids looks meant to be a symbolism for me. (You can look for more interpretations that already posted in many places, such as in the 1st page of 12th ep discussion) |
