#1 no godmodding
#2 no metagaming
#3 once you become a leader of a village/clan you will have to get mission for your village or clan
#4 respect other players
#5 you dont have to be a ninja you can be any thing as long as it fits the naruto theme but if your the boss of a place you run it
#6 if you are a ninja if you are not asking to be a leader you do not get to ask to be a high lvl shinobi you start out in the finale exam for the nija academy of your village
