I just got myself into Melty Blood ACT:2 which focused its main plot about the chinise girl named Miyako having nightmares and here we have another Type-Moon series which ironically says it's Melty Blood ACT:2's sequel AKA Melty Blood X setting its plotline on Sion Eltnam Atlasia and Riesbyfe Stridberg. I might be the crazy one here talking BS due to my lack of info, but I've been wondering whether if they were different works from Type-Moon or the one being bundled with the other... (and just a little side note, as Melty Blood X hasn't been released yet, I have it downloaded raw vol 1). It doesn't faze me the fact their different series, but shouldn't the MAL updaters have the ACT 2 included on their list too? I recall they once actually had the series within the site, but can't seem to find it listed even if I wanted to add to my mangalist. Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, be it ACT 2 or X, those are totally different works set in a parallel world aiming its each main heroines. If not, could someone please give some explanation?? |

Yes. both Melty Blood and Melty Blood Act 2 were listed but later they merged them (i think the reason is because act-2 volume numbers continue from melty blood). There are total 6 volumes for Melty Blood (32 chapters) and 3 volumes for Melty Blood ACT 2 (17 chapters). so even with merge titles, total number of chapters are wrong here. there are total 49 chapters for 9 volumes. maybe someone want to fix this. |
