They won't die of course. But yes, it certainly is REALLY unfair. So many of Katsumata's allies, and they've already taken out Yuta. Dang them.

Of course there's no hope, but somehow they'll make it. This is shounen after all. Those blogs at the end were hilarious.

So, Megumi's promise was to "not let go of Taisuke". Interesting, as it's different from when she made the promise before. Left out so we wouldn't learn about it until now. And finally the other allies of Katsumata show up.

Of course it can't be as easy as last time, so Yuta gets taken out. And now Taisuke is stuck fighting the wind guy with Megumi latched on to him at all times. I wonder why she hasn't talked this whole time? Must be Katsumata's power, speaking of which.....

...it was pretty much confirmed this chapter that his power is mind control. I'm gonna have to go back and reread an earlier chapter, but i'm pretty sure he put his hand on Hirose's head at some point early on. So, it looks like Hirose is probably being controlled. But, i'll be interested in seeing if Katsumata keeps a flashback explaining how he learned about all this, and why Hirose was chosen, if there was a reason. And when talking to that owl, it made it sound like there is even more going on than the heart stuff.

So, the "Heart" comes out throw surrounding combat. Interesting explanation, and good reason to have combat going on everywhere. Hirose is probably going to become the vessel for whatever the thing was that fell to Earth and caused everything to happen. (Taisuke and Hirose still remind me of Naruto and Sasuke. I'm sorry, but I had to make the comparison.)

And finally, Nami is able to defeat Kanon. I didn't realize she had only blown up metal things so far. Good job Nami for figuring that out. I was originally thinking her power only worked in light, and that was why Nami had lured her into a shaded area. I thought Kanon was done there for sure, but of course, it's not that easy. And now she has to fight the bubble guy. Should be an interesting fight.

So, it looks like everyone is in trouble. I thought that maybe Asou and Ron would help save them, but that's not going to happen. The only way out of this I see is either sudden power boost or third-party invention. I don't see how the reporter and Inn people showing up would be that helpful, but maybe. Or maybe someone/something else is coming. Or maybe once Hirose becomes the vessel, they'll all leave mid-fight. Well, it kinda sounded like Katsumata might betray everyone when the heart awakens. We'll see, should be interesting.

Heh thought so. Kanon's powers has some limitations. It's a shame we didn't get to see Nami finish her off cause that would of been a sweet revenge.
