| Quite impressive first episode, I really loved the art and animation in it, it sure was a lot better than the first episode of the spin-off! But well I do wonder what this story has to offer but I'm already liking it! |

| First off I love the ED song. The OST sounds great and stands out so far. Some of those backgrounds are just like slightly edited photos. Interesting look, but not enough to make it look like anime scenery. Sora doesn't leave the best first impressions. Nice to see a love confession, that's where the episode started to hook me. Potential. I want to go more in depth about the how the magic works. I want world building. Don't think it will deliver in that area. |

| The pace is WONDERFUL. There's a clear YokoKai vibe surrounding the show, though the songs aren't as fabulous max. The backgrounds are GREAT, though they could have been non-static. It makes it so stale. But in the end, thank Satan they used photographed images instead of making the backgrounds themselves. They really bring out the realism in the art of Slice-of-Life. This is how it's done. The only crap parts are the art and the transitioning. Suddenly a song plays, only to stop soon after. Suddenly a sound (railroad crossing bell) plays and then stops to shift into a new scene. And animated Sora looks distant from the original one. JUST LIKE KINO GODDAMNIT. |

| The background art is something else and it feels strange compared to character drawing. The pacing of the story is as it should be and the background music is just amazing. It should be a good series :-) |

| Pretty good episode, but not as great as the prequels. Art was beautiful, but i was quite irritated with the extremely limited amount of animation used in the first off,but i got used to it and it wasnt as bad in the second half of the episode. I have very high hopes for this anime :) |
