The "Galerie du Roy" is a replica of the actual Galerie du Roi in Brussels, Belgium. I have given a small background on its setting in my blog post. You can get a 360-degree view of it here.

You have no idea how much this means to me. My group (IB) is subbing this and I myself am Belgian. I remember going to this gallery to go have a drink or grab a bite to eat, so it's pretty significant. =P

"Roy", it's the ancient French for "Roi"

Roi = King.

Your know, there are lot of galleries like this one in Paris, too:

but it's true that the "Gallerie du Roi" from Brussels is very identical!

Wow, I think they portrait the location quite well, similarly to Aria capturing the essence of Venice
